Horrible experience multiple times. First time my food never arrives after over an hour. I called and the shift manager said the order that came through did not mention toppings so they didn’t make it. He said they called and, because I didn’t pick up, they didn’t make order or call again. They also didn’t leave a voicemail. When I asked to speak to store manager I was hung up on.
The second order took over and hour and arrived with no toppings and the entire order was legit cold.
I’ll never be ordering here again.

The food never disappoints, it always tastes great!
The service is lackluster and often feels like they’re giving their customers the cold shoulder.
Don’t even try to order curbside delivery, they won’t bring your food out to you. You’ll end up having to go in and pick it up yourself.
The entire entry way of the store needs a good renovation. It feels like it’s falling apart when you walk in and it’s not very clean looking either.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a step or two to get into the shop. No ramp. Small doorway.

Everytime I order food from here they leave my food outside. Don’t press the doorbell or even call me to tell me they are outside . That’s why I don’t leave tips because yall can’t even knock on the door to get the cash . Smh

Had my bf order a sausage pizza from his account and they sent a plain cheese pizza. The tickets on the box didn't even match what was in the box or what I even ordered.

I asked the cashier for a large BBQ chicken pizza. When I got home, I found that they had added bacon even though I did not order it and could not eat it. When I called them, they told me that I had to return with the pizza to get a new one. Very bad service.

Food was good for the most part, it's your typical papa John's location that offers the usual deals and promotions during this time of the year. You could spend $30 and feed a family of 4, that's guaranteed. I'm not sure why there are no beach seats or chairs for customers to be seated while waiting for order but assuming that a certain type of crowd has since abused that convenience. The orders are usually ready within 15-20 minute wait time which is not that bad in comparison to other locations in the city. Especially with the heavy traffic and constant hustle and bustle in this particular area or WESTPHILA.
