Hello and good evening and happy new year, I ordered off of doordash which was not a problem, but I do have a problem with papa John. Tonight I ordered for me and my family which we couldn't wait!!!.. or our deliver meal!!.. normally this restaurant takes pride in there food but however it wasn't there tonight!!.. the pizza was warm not hot!!.. the 8 piece was wings didn't have a enough BBQ sauce!!.. and the saddest thing was the garlic knots, that I was craving for all night!!.. the dough was raw inside i had to reheated up in my air fryer , not to mention not enough garlic sauce!!!..smfh!! Not to mention they gave me the wrong drinks, plus I ask for extra sauce on the pizza !!.. and didn't receive it the pizza was very dry!!..smfh!!.. I ordered from them before and the food was outstanding!!.. I guess it was the location!!.. because it was not this location I guess Maybe it late but it doesn't matter people pay for quality!!.. with their hard earned money i could have went to any pizza restaurant but choose this one!!.. spend $60 dollars and some change to get sh&tty food!!!.. I'm sure if was for there family or friends they will not be servicing them this dry and under cook and not mention over priced food . Hope they get better.

Honestly, Bad service and very unhygienic place. The same person who charged me the money was the one who prepared the pizza, and he disnt use gloves or wash his hands by any chance, I didn't think it was very hygienic considering he was handling the money from the cash register.

I’ve never ordered from this location but was randomly craving Papa Johns as opposed to other chains or any Pizza Shop in specific as they typically have crazy wait times on a Saturday night at 8 PM. I ordered a Large pizza with extra cheese and their cheese sticks. Order was correct, food was still hot, delivery came within 20 minutes of me ordering off their website. They gave me all of the sauces I ordered etc.
Not sure why this place has such a bad rap review wise. It’s possible that since I live closer the delivery came very quickly, but I have nothing bad to say. Quality is the same as I remember (haven’t had it in over 5 years). I know I might be basic but I got exactly what I asked for. Hopefully the reviews on this place are on the up and up.

I've ordered from this place in the past and it's been typical Papa John. However today's order motivated me to place a review, I ordered just before noon, the app told me the order was ready I go to the store to find the door locked the lights are on and no one is home. I waited 20 minutes hoping someone would show up no one did. I called the store the phone in the store rang and no one appeared too answer it, I called Papa John corporate since I was still getting charged for an order it appears that had been made to the closed store and they could not get a hold of the store or the store owner.
So they are happy too accept orders when the store is closed. Avoid this place at all costs.
Parking: There are only about 11 spots in a parking lot with five businesses so if your lucky there's 1 spot free.

Terrible service! i came to make order at the restaurant and in the middle of making my order the woman picked up two phone calls I was waiting more than 10 minutes for her to finish but she was pretending not to see me and nobody of the staff cares so I just left with nothing.

Tried to order on Uber Eats and had 4 drivers cancel because the restaurant told them that the order had been cancelled when it hadn’t. This store needs better management ASAP.

This place constantly forgets to include paid for items like cheese sauce constantly. My last order was missing sauces, the wings were missing blue cheese and Buffalo sauce.

This place is absolutely trash. 40 minutes waiting on the phone to actually reach the store after ordering and still nothing. I've been waiting two hours for a delivery that never came. When we called corporate the pizza was marked as delivered. We got no call, no knock, and no pizza in sight (we even looked at the rainy grass as some reviews indicated they found their delivered pizza).
Refund is being issued and I hope the people working there have work lined up somewhere else. It was made clear that this was the latest in a very long line of failures this store produced.
Horrible every time I try this location. Pick another spot!

My mom ordered a pizza for us at 3:30 on a Saturday. By 4:30 we hadn’t gotten it and we were right down the street. I stepped out to call them and find out what was up and found our order sitting on the porch at the steps about 10’ from the front door. The food was cold, the guy never bothered to knock or ring the doorbell and the order was wrong. We ordered a small and a large and got a small and a medium. Two pizzas with delivery and the tip(that we shouldn’t have given apparently) was just under $50. Save your money and order from any other pizza joint. Papa John’s is normally great but this location needs to be under new management if this is how their employees deliver food
