My mom ordered a pizza for us at 3:30 on a Saturday. By 4:30 we hadn’t gotten it and we were right down the street. I stepped out to call them and find out what was up and found our order sitting on the porch at the steps about 10’ from the front door. The food was cold, the guy never bothered to knock or ring the doorbell and the order was wrong. We ordered a small and a large and got a small and a medium. Two pizzas with delivery and the tip(that we shouldn’t have given apparently) was just under $50. Save your money and order from any other pizza joint. Papa John’s is normally great but this location needs to be under new management if this is how their employees deliver food

On a Saturday, I placed an online order for delivery on that Sunday @ 6:15pm. On Sunday, I got a text @ 6:06pm saying the order was on its way. By 6:50pm the order had still not arrived. I called the store and they told me the order was on it's way but they'll call me back. I got a call shortly after and the person told me they had JUST received my order at 7pm. I told them that couldn't be since I got a text saying it was on its way AND I had ordered it the day before. She assured me that the pizzas would arrive soon. The delivery came by 7:20pm and it was inaccurate. I ordered 2 extra large pizzas and received 2 large pizzas. Not only was my order over an hour late, I was not able to feed all my guests. I called the store back asking for a refund and the employee said they just needed to speak to a manager and the refund would be sent. By Tuesday I still had not heard anything so I called the store again and a man told me he just needed to speak to a manager and I could get a refund. He told me a manager would call me on Wednesday. I did not get a call from any staff and when I have tried calling Thursday and I was put on hold and cannot get in contact with anyone. I am still struggling to receive a refund.

Ordered pizza and drinks, and the drinks weren't delivered. Delivery driver said he didn't get any. Called the store, on hold for 15 minutes, man answers the phone and didn't make sense, and then hangs up. No refund for the missing drinks. Ordered again a few days later, pizzas aren't made correctly, and again, no drinks! Place must be employed by braindead people. I'm surprised the pizzas were delivered in a box and not a bag! Never ordering here again. I wouldn't order from here unless you want to get a random "surprise" pizza, and no additional items.

Rudest, most incompetent staff I've ever seen at any pizza place in any location across any state I've ever lived in. Literally was *shocked* by it. There's better pizza at similar price points with better service around the area, do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Worst customer service ever. Order on the app and paid in cash. Driver said he had no change at all and was forced to leave almost a 20 tip and they forgot items from my order. Tried calling at least 10 times waiting on hold for over 15 minutes each time to get this resolved and no one ever answers the phone. Reached out to corporate and they couldn't reach the store either and told me to fill out a form and someone would contact me in a few days.

This location is not consistent with the quality of pizza they produce. I've tried to give them multiple chances but each time complete l disappointment. Usually I wouldn't say anything but the most recent time, Jef, I think the store manager was completely rude. I ordered two pan pizzas. One I requested extra sauce, when I arrived I checked and saw that it did not have extra sauce. I expressed my concern he told me it was and to pay. I paid got home, opened both my pizza and my partners pizza both were burnt ... black crusts. We call back, jef hangs up on us. We call back again and express the issue, jef tells us it's golden brown. Y'all can look at be the judge.
I’ve tried this 4 times ordered pizza and a drink all 4 times driver said they had no drink and it has been refunded (Drinks Were Never refunded) called them and they said the same

I can't rate this 0 stars, or I would. This was the first and last time I ever order from this Papa Johns. I waited over an hour for delivery (I am pregnant and starving, not a great combo). It said 'delivered' but clearly was NOT. I tried calling the store 6 times, no response, but I was fully charged! Finally, my husband had to leave work to drive up there just for there to be ONE worker who said ' oh we don't have drivers'. OH so you were just going to say the food was delivered and steal my money? They sure were! My husband had to literally force the person working at the front to refund my money. My husband asked why none of his phone calls were answered, to which the person said replied 'no calls came through' AS the phone is ringing off the hook next to him. That place has got to go.
