Ordered here twice.The first time, the pizza smelled and looked so gross, no one wanted to eat it.The second time, I placed an online order for a next day delivery, the manager told me to call them the next day and "remind" them to make it. I called them the next day, and he pretended he didn't know who I was. He then lied and said my pizza got delivered. when I told him I just wanted a refund, he said I'd get it in 2-3 business days. It has now been a week and I have no refund. I called, he picks up, and he acts clueless about the refund. Go anywhere else. The management here is doing long term damage to the Papa Johns name in this area.

Most trash and useless Papa Johns. Stay away. Ordered food and it doesn't arrive 2 hours later still and you call the dummies that work there they tell you oh we're just seeing the order on the tablet. What kind of fools do they have working here. If you need your food fast forget this place. The food is trash for the headache it causes anyways. Will be reporting this trash to corporate including the incompetent manager that worked the Tuesday 1/30/24 shift at 630pm for incompet ency and terrible customer service.

Not the ingredients it used to be this place put 90% provolone cheese instead of mozzarella about 10% I’m a chef I know what I’m talking about the hot wings are mushy if you want hemorrhoids just the place for you my azz is hurting never again Arabs take over these pizza places and cheap ingredients by filling a piece of full of provolone cheese trust me I worked in there shops before I’m a chef I know what provolone pizza is I would never buy from them again they are not the way they used to be

Ordered Shaq Pepp pizza after midnight via Uber Eats. Easily the best pizza I've had this year...On a late Sunday night was impressive!!!

I ordered a small pizza from here through DoorDash. I asked them to make it well done but when I got it the crust was doughy so I had to cook it in my oven. The green peppers and onions ordered on it were big choppy chunks, I’m used to thin cut vegetables on my pizza. Overall the pizza was just ok but nothing special.

I ordered a pizza with pork toppings and the toppings were not cooked at all, I thought it was fast from the time I ordered, from when Papa John's texted me and said it was done, they text me as if the pizza was pre made, I had to put the pizza in the oven, it defeated the purpose of me not wanting to cook at all, I'm very disappointed and upset. I have a very large platform for followers on social media, I'm tempted to rely this message if I'm not satisfied with this result. Uncooked pork can have you in the emergency department at a local hospital, with time off work.

My pizza was severely undercooked. The center of the pizza was so uncooked that the dough was sticking to the box. I couldn’t even eat the pizza. I have contacted cooperate about this horrible pizza because this place clearly doesn’t follow Papa John’s standards. Don’t buy from this Papa John’s!

I waited 45 minutes to pickup a burnt papadita. Everytime I order anything from this location my food is always burnt. There was no cashier, and the guy that tried to help couldn't understand me. I just need to stop eating take out, I'm always disappointed.

These guys ripped me off for $39. Outright. They claim they came out and knocked on my door. They definitely did not. They kept the food and they kept my money. I now have to go through the fun of disputing the charge with my bank because they outright stole from me. The only surprise here was that when I called in to complain they actually answered the phone for once. I've ordered from this place before it's always an issue but they're open late. Never again. Outright Crooks.
