Papa Johns Pizza

So I ordered today.Only option is to order online.When I was tracking the order driver calls to tell me he's gonna be 10 minutes more.Then you can't even see the driver where he's at. Who gets here is cold so I called up they hang up I also call corporate and got poor service. For a disabled woman , I was really ashamed about those customer service.

It was my first time getting pizza from Papa John's. You have to order online. The ordering process is smooth and easy to use. Many discounts and coupons are offered while placing the online order. Text notifications inform when to pick up order or when the delivery is arriving. Staff at the location acknowledge your presence at the store and keep you posted on your wait time. The pizza was well baked and a good amount of toppings. I will order again. Please add 2 more chairs for waiting customers.

WARNING AVOID AT ALL COSTS CHICKEN: had a layer of fuzz all over it and tasted very ropey. My dog would not even eat it, literally I tried to give him a piece and he wouldn't. Feel very sick after consuming. Pizza was not cut as well.

Just shut down. Along with the other one on the boulevard. You touch food with bare hands, slow, mess up orders and are absolutely disgusting and overpriced.

This place needs to shut down in addition to the new one further up the boulevard. The employees touch your food with bare hands. They do not wear gloves. How do you handle someone’s food with dirty hands. Absolutely not. I will go somewhere else.

Order cheese filled crust and wings doordash pizza well done only thing the cheese gets burnt and the dough not crisp fat crust terrible they don't know how to make pizza to much dough

I called and ordered 2 pizzas bread sticks and 20 wings and a soda they tried to charge me $100 . Which I know for a facts is a scam never will order from this place again

Ordered a large cheese pizza from this place pizza came with no cheese and tasted like it was rotten and left out for two weeks then I called and was told I can't get a refund and they hung up on me then I called about 25 times no answer

Horrible experience! This is the 2nd time this store messes up my PAID order…. The first time the ignorant driver tries to “convince” me that the wrong soda he gave me was the one that I ordered, today another ignorant driver tries to give me cash instead of the soda he forgot to bring… COLD PIZZA as well. More than FIFTY MINUTES on hold with the store as I type, night ruined because of the store’s incompetence. HEADS UP: The “ordering” extension works lighting fast because it is an external call center not the store you’re talking to… no way to reach management at store level at all unless you want to waste the rest of your night on hold.

Did an online pickup order and it said it was ready and to stay in my vehicle until worker bring it to me but had to go into the store after waiting 10 minutes. Poor service
