ETA is terrible first time ordering tru the phone its all machines till you order the food . Ya gotta stop thinking that these robots are gonna make things better or easier . I been to the store and service been great but delivery SUCKED went from pizza for dinner to cereal smh

I have been ordering from here for quite some time now and from my past for orders I have been getting plain pizza. I would not be ordering from here anymore because it's seems like they don't care about replacing the pizza. They just tell you to get a refund from GrubHub because it's not their fault. Smh!

Today, I placed an order for a medium ground beef pizza and a cheesesteak papadia. Upon receiving my order, I found that the pizza contained no ground meat, and the papadia was missing the steak.
The first two photographs provided depict the items I received: the papadia is shown in the first photo, and the pizza in the second. The third and fourth photographs are images of Papa John's official menu. A direct comparison reveals a significant discrepancy between the items advertised on the menu and what was delivered, which I consider to be a case of consumer deception.
The inaccurate fulfillment of my order was highly unsatisfactory.🤬😡

I have gotten delivery from this place and the person on the phone was very lovely and the process was done quick. I love how fast they deliver and it still steaming hot but the only thing that is wrong is that they mix up my order. Happily it was something me and my friends was being indecisive with.

I do not recommend it to anyone, 4 times we ordered pizza, and the delivery guy always forgets the soda, says he will get it and never comes back, but this time I told him that I was only going to pay for the 2 pizzas I ordered, I will not pay for the soda because you did not bring it, he did not accept it and took the pizzas back, I was with visitors, so I had to reinvent myself and make something for them to have dinner, and now at exactly 12:20 at night, I receive the message that they left the pizzas on the floor at my door and that I did not need to pay, I simply did not even touch them, this is very disgusting, I will never buy anything from this place again!

If I could get them -10 I would give it so fast. I placed an order 45 minutes in advance but because they are lazy they didn’t deliver the order. I called the restaurant they want to act like they don’t understand English and he says we are closed. I placed my order 45 minutes in advance so where’s my order? These foreigners need to stop answering the phones because they don’t comprehend English.

I remember the first time we ordered from Papa John's and thinking their pizza was delicious. That's been several years ago and every time we order now I'm always disappointed. Pizza is always cold ( see later in review), and toppings are minimal.
This last order I ordered online for carryout. Got message saying my ordered was almost ready to head to the store. ( Wow....very quick). After getting their I notified them that i arrived. Message received....orders ready we'll be right out. I waited 15 minutes and no order. A worker came out and I asked about order and was told yes it's ready it'll be right out. Waited another 15 minutes and finally went in. Four workers, no customers, standing around chatting. When asked about order I get , we're sorry didn't know you arrived. I'll definitely think twice before ordering again.

I literally dont write any reviews EVER!!
But this store needs to rehire a brand new crew. I dont know what it is about indians running these businesses but yesterday when I went to pick up my food I saw these guys with no gloves, no masks, and wearing sandles with the feet out in the open. I was worried when I saw one of them preparing the pizza with no gloves on. Sure enough I get home and after my first slice I knew something was wrong. I ate maybe 3 slices and had to just put the pizza aside. Maybe 10-15 minutes after I feel my stomach feeling weird but didn’t think much of it. I had order a grape soda and I went to finish the last sip and when I got up I had a complete pain on my stomach and had to run to the bathroom and sure enough I puke all the 3 slices. It was absolutely disgusting. No wonder why they got 3 starts!!

I am usually a lover of Papa John’s. I thought tonight would be the usual experience. However! I was sadly disappointed! After paying almost $60 for my order there were barely any toppings on the pizzas! I I’m so sad having an illness that takes away my appetite to have a craving for something and it not be good is really disappointing. I’ve attached picture below. I have a teen son who dug in before I could take the picture.

No parchment paper under the pizza caused a disaster.... very poor quality pizza dough...

So I ordered today.Only option is to order online.When I was tracking the order driver calls to tell me he's gonna be 10 minutes more.Then you can't even see the driver where he's at. Who gets here is cold so I called up they hang up I also call corporate and got poor service. For a disabled woman , I was really ashamed about those customer service.

It was my first time getting pizza from Papa John's. You have to order online. The ordering process is smooth and easy to use. Many discounts and coupons are offered while placing the online order. Text notifications inform when to pick up order or when the delivery is arriving. Staff at the location acknowledge your presence at the store and keep you posted on your wait time. The pizza was well baked and a good amount of toppings. I will order again. Please add 2 more chairs for waiting customers.
