Ordered one large with 2litre pepsi via mobile app. After 2 hours I reentered to the ap to check what's going on with my order, then i see that order was delivered without any notifications. I was shocked then checked bank account maybe payment was canceled, but no, it was on pending status. Tried to reach with restaurant they don't answer at all, also papa johns customer service is terrible, unable to speak with someone. Then i chacked my front door i saw picca on the ground with 2 ginger ale on the top, coz it was rainy day, it was completely wet. Papa johns was my favorite picca, but after todays issue, i am deleting papa johns forever. Thanks to imigrants who work there and fk up everything

????Terrible service, I placed an order by phone for pizza and soda, when they sent me the order they didn't send me the soda and they charged me for it, when I called to find a solution I spent an hour on the phone, when I managed to get through to them They send the manager, who says he doesn't speak Spanish, which I don't understand because that pizzeria has the menu in both options so that pizzeria is bilingual, maybe he did it to get rid of the problem above and he hung up on me, the pizza arrived cold and it was more flour dough than ingredients.
