In general I like the food. But this time, if you like chicken parm, beware as they use frozen chicken tenders. The chicken parm was dried out and not good. Chicken breast for chicken parm is easy to make and this was a huge disappointment.

I’ve ordered several times for school pizza parties and the service and is always top notch.
This is the only place I go to for a pizza. My taste for a pizza usually requires lots of toppings. Don't like my food to be boring. Papps never disappoints. It also makes for a very colorful presentation. They gave me a generous helping of all toppings requested & man, my eyes were bulging out my head. My own food creativeness is gonna be the death of me, but until then, I have Papps to make me happy. Thank you to the staff at Papps.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent price increases. With the economy the way it is and wages not keeping up, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to afford eating out. Your prices were already on the higher side for me, but now, they’ve become even more unaffordable.
I understand that costs are rising for everyone, including businesses, but I believe that keeping prices more affordable would help you attract and retain more customers. Instead, raising prices will likely result in fewer people being able to dine with you, including myself. I hope you’ll reconsider this decision, as it may cost you more business in the long run.
