This pizza shop is severely underrated I’m not sure why but that could be so far from the truth. Within a 5 mile radius there is NO other pizzas shop that is touching their pizza and the customer service. The place is usually very clean and organized staff is always professional. And very focused. The pizza maestro is always working on pies and orders. Unlike the pizza shops in juniata park tbe prices just can’t be beat. Nice thin crust pizza perfectly cooked at unbeatable prices the place is a hidden gem that most locals don’t even have a clue about I recommend this place been there 3 times already this month and they Hefner disappointed me?

Have been going here for over 6 months, at first I had no issues, the order was always correct the food was always good. But more recently, the last 3 times I’ve been there I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service. The counter girls are great, but the cook is extremely slow, rude and ignorant. I’ve waited the 20 minutes I was told to wait only to come in and find that not only was my food not ready, but they hadn’t even started cooking it yet. Customer service is important, regardless if your the person at the register or the cook.

I order from there all the time and the food is good, but today my order was short, and I called to complain and they lied and said they gave me my complete order, I'll never order from there again.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered my food at 7:20 , it’s JUST now arriving at 9pm AFTER the driver took it to the wrong house. I called back for a refund because literally everything is ice cold. he told me to send the food back. It’s already past my kids bedtime, send it back and then what wait another hour for “fresh” food?! I’m never ordering from here again. Horrible horrible service save yourself the trouble and don’t order from here

2 hours I waited for my order for them to send me cold old Pizza then they had the nerve to call my phone when I refuse to pay for it and cursed at
I waited close to an hour for the food which I must admit was good. What irks me is I was asked to "tip" the delivery man which I did. However not only was the delivery late and included the wrong beverage ( which kinda ruined dinner as I needed to get another soda from the corner store ). I will never "pre tip" for "good" delivery service again.

Ordered from them a million times but bcuz I’m pregnant & cancelled one order due to my mood switching they still ended up delivering it although I called to cancel it smh now they won’t take my order nomore lol what a joke grow up & get outta your feelings
