I love the food here. Honestly the service can use some work. Some employees pick up the phone just saying hello... I be thinking I'm calling a private number. Just a tip.. SAY THE BUSINESS NAME AND SAY YOUR NANE WHEN COMMUNICATING OVER THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER!!!
Also some employees add extra amounts to your order if you're using a card..(and no I'm not talking about that card charge) I'd tell them the amount I want to tip and a few hours later 3-6 dollars would be added. Seeing as they already charge a $3 delivery fee plus what I tip($3-$5) I'd think the extra I willingly tip was good enough..and because I'm not far from them at all...I guess someone who works there disagrees.
Alot of times I'm charged for extra condiment I do not receive. I'll order things on the side like pickles, peppers.. i won't receive!!!! But I've been charged for them!!!! So other than that the food is awesome. The food is the only reason why I put up with these people. If your food changes I won't come back. Just make sure you keep making good food.
I have hopes tho!!! You SHOULD change your customer service.... But I'm pretty sure since I've been dealing with you guys for years...I very much doubt it!! However I'm still optimistic. To their employees.. you are getting paid!!! Appreciate your pay check and do your job better!!!!

This has always been my favorite pizza spot. They have great deals and family specials. But lately, the pizza has been really bad. Even asking for it well done- it’s soggy. The cheese looks disgusting and the crust and back of the pizza has been charcoaled. Not because it’s burnt but maybe because something isn’t being cleaned right but the flavor is not good AT ALL. My kids refuse to eat it because of how it tastes. My kids LOVE pizza so for them to deny it- it has to really be nasty.

I've been ordering from this establishment for over a year. Over these past few months I've noticed a change in the making of the food. I ordered today and what I asked for wasn't what I received. Ceasar Chicken pizza without the chicken, I got a cheese pizza with lettuce and no ceasar dressing, I ordered cheese fries with pepper and ketchup, I got fries with ketchup and pepper and no cheese. The young girls that take, all I can say is they need to hire different people. After speaking to the manager all he could offer me was a $5.00 credit for next time. Now you tell me, do you think that I'm going to continue to order from this establishment? No, enough is enough. I spend way too much money at this place.

This pizza shop is severely underrated I’m not sure why but that could be so far from the truth. Within a 5 mile radius there is NO other pizzas shop that is touching their pizza and the customer service. The place is usually very clean and organized staff is always professional. And very focused. The pizza maestro is always working on pies and orders. Unlike the pizza shops in juniata park tbe prices just can’t be beat. Nice thin crust pizza perfectly cooked at unbeatable prices the place is a hidden gem that most locals don’t even have a clue about I recommend this place been there 3 times already this month and they Hefner disappointed me?

Have been going here for over 6 months, at first I had no issues, the order was always correct the food was always good. But more recently, the last 3 times I’ve been there I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service. The counter girls are great, but the cook is extremely slow, rude and ignorant. I’ve waited the 20 minutes I was told to wait only to come in and find that not only was my food not ready, but they hadn’t even started cooking it yet. Customer service is important, regardless if your the person at the register or the cook.
