Have been going here for over 6 months, at first I had no issues, the order was always correct the food was always good. But more recently, the last 3 times I’ve been there I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service. The counter girls are great, but the cook is extremely slow, rude and ignorant. I’ve waited the 20 minutes I was told to wait only to come in and find that not only was my food not ready, but they hadn’t even started cooking it yet. Customer service is important, regardless if your the person at the register or the cook.

I waited close to an hour for the food which I must admit was good. What irks me is I was asked to "tip" the delivery man which I did. However not only was the delivery late and included the wrong beverage ( which kinda ruined dinner as I needed to get another soda from the corner store ). I will never "pre tip" for "good" delivery service again.

i used to love this place, after last night i wont order from here again, i ordered food and never got it and wasn't refunded they got me don't let them get you!
NEVER AGAIN this was my go to place i loved the food and ordered very often, tonight i ordered my food at 8:50pm and never received my food and its past 12am now, the customer service is nowhere to be found first they said my driver called and i didnt answer but they took the number wrong said they sent my food out once they got it right but i never got it they kept putting me off until they closed so i couldn't call to ask where my food was and I wasn't given a refund NEVER ORDER FORM HERE EVER IF THEY HAVE THE CHANCE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Deserves 0 stars called 2 times AFTER ordering an 1 hour and a half later “sending my location” to the driver that can read my “correct” address on the receipt printed and taped to the order received my food cold asked for a refund was told to bring the food back to get the refund.Wheelchair accessibility: The workers must have handicap parking since their all mentally retarted

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered my food at 7:20 , it’s JUST now arriving at 9pm AFTER the driver took it to the wrong house. I called back for a refund because literally everything is ice cold. he told me to send the food back. It’s already past my kids bedtime, send it back and then what wait another hour for “fresh” food?! I’m never ordering from here again. Horrible horrible service save yourself the trouble and don’t order from here
