A Philly staple for a reason. One of the most consistent restaurants out there. Food is always delicious and the staff knows their craft. I would happily drown in the au poivre sauce.
Parc is always a standout for a great bistro experience in Philadelphia. It is consistent, delicious, and a fun time. I own and operate hospitality (restaurants and hotels) in Spain and know how hard it is to consistently deliver at the level Parc achieves. It is a favorite. Thank you for the fantastic experience!
Our waiter was the best part of our dinner. He was professional, pleasant and attentive.The beef tartar and mussels were excellent, the melon and prosciutto were lackluster at best. On the whole, it felt like a restaurant resting on its laurels.
