French bistro energy right on Rittenhouse Square. The steak frites were cooked exactly right, and the bread basket disappeared fast. Lively room, smooth service, and a place that feels equally good for brunch or a long dinner. Very Philly, very solid.
Atmosphere was great, lighting was very nice, and the general set up was really nice! Honestly the thing we really disliked was how rushed we felt by our waiter. It really felt like she was trying to get us out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. We got the check as we were finishing our wine and she came over multiple times touching on the check and saying “thanks for coming in”, indicating to us that we needed to leave.
