I placed an order on the Paris Baguette app for delivery, first the store called me because something I ordered was out of stock. I was genuinely okay with making the change. Later, I get 6 phone calls from both DoorDash and the restaurant saying that my address wasn’t accurate, totally understand how that’s my mistake. The misspelling was “notth broad” instead of “north broad” and the rest of the address was correct. My apartment building even has a name, which I included in the delivery instructions. I let the driver know of the correction. But somehow my order ended up at the navy yard on SOUTH BROAD street? To make matters worse, it was left on the side of the road, possibly even stolen by the driver. I called both DoorDash and Paris Baguette almost immediately and neither parties are willing to accept responsibility. Paris Baguette literally said that I would need to take it up with DoorDash. I have yet to receive my order or a refund for the $64.16 I’ve spent on these pastries. Never have I had such a bad experience at my years of going to Paris Baguette. So beyond disappointed.

Not only was the new matcha recipe great but so were the staff. I always love stopping here when I’m in center city (especially the Chinatown location). It was particularly busy but they’ve added seating! I’ll definitely be back.

Very good choice for sweet 🎂 tooth 🦷 options. The pastries are not overly sweet 🧁 like a traditional American bakery. This is the pound cake plain with a light lemon 🍋 glaze very moist 🤤

One of the only places I consistently get amazing coffee from. The sweetness of most of the coffee shops in the area make me nauseous, it can get so OD I usually go without, but the sweet cream latte is the perfect level for me. I woke up today looking forward to getting one! The pastries are delicious, the cakes look amazing and I like the vibe in there. If I had work to do at the moment, that’s where I’d go to do it. Wish I discovered it earlier.

Good selection of pastries. Here’s what we got:
Almond Pastry: average. Couldn’t really taste the almond paste
Cream Cheese Pastry: nice creamy cheese filling. Not too sweet✅
Walnut Cream Bread: soft brioche bread with cream and walnuts. It was good✅
King Cream Donut: My favorite! The cream is really good. ✅
Very good Americano!!

Very nice and clean store!! Wanted a cold brew and a small food item- originally ordered something easy on the Starbucks app. Well, the Starbucks location was closed even though maps and the Starbucks app told me it was indeed open.
This place was right around the corner and looked promising. You are greeted with a luxurious and delicious looking selection of sweet and savory- pastries, breads, and assortments of desserts. The coffee is really good! I also really enjoyed my Pastry Frank that was warmed up on the spot. The milk bread and cheesecake was very enticing. Will need to try one day!
10/10 will definitely be coming back.

When I went for coffee this morning, l also got outside food and was fixing the lid to avoid spills. The manager incorrectly assumed I would eat there and addressed me rudely. I discussed this with her, highlighting the importance of professional communication. Her response, 'How did you want me to say it?' all ugly and rude, revealed unprofessionalism, emphasizing the need for employee retraining on polite communication. For her to yelled at me was unnecessary. You’re trained to be professional. If you are unfamiliar with professional etiquette, do not accept a managerial position, as you will represent this branch/company.
