First time i was disappointed by a Paris Baguette location after many years of buying cakes and pastries from them. I placed an order online in order to get “Happy Birthday” cookies on the cake. If i knew what i was getting, i would’ve just bought in store, instead of having to order 4 hours ahead of time. I came to pick up the cake, and got the wrong cake instead. However, employees were able to give me another one. Then i saw there were no happy birthday cookies on the cake, so i asked about it, and was told it was on the side. I didnt realize they meant that they wrote it on the edge of the cake tray, and there were no birthday cookies. For almost $50 cake, this is what i got. And the birthday part smeared out. Very disappointed.

Got a Mango Birthday Cake here. Mango was so raw it crunched like cucumbers, green papaya or watermelon rinds (see pic, still green on the inside of cake) The berries were so tart we had to pick them off the cake. In essence we paid $45 for vanilla cake and mango frosting. What a rip off, not to mention a damper to the birthday making it a "sour and raw" birthday! We had to go to Acme to get a cupcake to make up for the sweet.

mold. As I was eating it, I noticed mold growing on it. The bread was soggy, as if it was old. The mold is a bit severe. Since the cake is discarded, will I get a refund if I bring the photos?

I’ve always enjoyed the cakes and pastries at Paris Baguette, but the service at this location is consistently disappointing. The cashiers are often rude or dismissive, which makes each visit unpleasant. They seem irritated when I try to redeem rewards or ask questions, and their focus appears to be on rushing customers through rather than providing a positive experience. It’s frustrating to encounter such poor service, so I’ve decided to visit the Old York Rd location instead until the staff here improve their service or undergo proper training.
