I cannot complain about this place enough. If you’re looking for good coffee and food, this is the place to go. If you’re looking for great customer service, walk literally anywhere else in the area. I visit Philly Bagels once a week because it’s next door to my boyfriend and he loves their iced chai- and I leave pissed off everytime. The employees are rude and inconsistent with their pricing. Usually there’s a woman named Jarely there. The first time I interacted with her I thought she was having a bad day, but I’ve now realized that’s just her personality. They shut down the espresso machine 20 mins before closing on a regular basis and do not answer the phone after 1pm. I hope they go out of business and another bagel/coffee shop opens up in their place.

We got the Western Club (plain) for $12 and it’s really good! The service was nice and so is the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!

The food is so good! Breakfast Sammy is the best! Staff is always very nice and it’s always very clean and welcoming!

Amazing service from Julio and great coffee. Jarely made an awesome sandwich. Highly recommend the hot honey. Felt very welcome and had a great chat with everyone.

I live on the street and visit here often and I’m always greeted by the friendly staff, taken care of in a timely fashion and the food is excellent (and reasonably priced!) Frequent stop.

The bagels themselves are good. I just will never understand why they do this. It’s like it’s part of the training because it’s consistently like this. I go back because the bagels are good and I can just re butter myself. But why? Why would you only do it on one half and then put a hat on it? Is this normal to others?
