Ordered a Swiss burger and it was undercooked. I took it back to the little, nasty cook who prepared it and stated that it was raw on the inside. He angrily said that if it was raw, blood would be leaking out of it. He asked me what did I want him to do? Before I could answer, He told the cashier to give me my money back, that was what I wanted. He then told me to put the bag in the trashcan behind me. I smiled , counted my money and walked away. He seemed to want me to go back and forth with him but I absolutely do not argue with ignorance. I hope he placed that bag in the proper place.

I was told this was the best Philly at the Philadelphia Airport. I was not disappointed. It was excellent. Well seasoned and cheesy. Came with some seasoned fries as well.

I bought a combo steak meal with fries and a drink. The food was acceptable but the menu straight up lied about the prices charged for the meal. Honestly I should have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere.

The steak meat was over cooked, didn’t taste like steak meat. I asked for grilled onions and provolone cheese me with a side of sweet potatoes fries. There was no cheese or onions on it and when given reg fries I asked why he just shook his head and said, “we’re not making anything different than what’s already fixed.” Though pleasant to the customers he complained everybody else called off

I knew it was a airport restaurant so can't expect it to be great but was really disappointed for my first cheesesteak in philly. Knowing it's a airport fast food I gave it a 3 star if not I would of gave it a 1 or 2.

Had a cheesesteak from this restaurant, not once but twice. Both times, it was just as good and fresh. The wait can be long, and that's because they are made to order. The Wiz was spot on, and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend if you're in the airport and want a taste sandwich!

Why would you set your opening hours to 10pm if you close at 8pm?
I work in the airport and I came over to get food like I always do and the manager was not in a good mood and was very rude and disrespectful . He was yelling and being obnoxious because I asked to use my discount at the register and he told me I couldnt because he did not have a cashier then he told me to come back . Over all he dont need to be up front if hes having a bad day

Cheesesteak was on the drier side, fries weren’t served with any sort of condiments, there seem to be some sort of upcharge, as the meal combo was 21.99 before taxes and the total price came out to 26 and some change.. overall it’ll do if you’re in a pinch

Can’t share enough good things! We were craving cheesesteaks when passing through Philadelphia on a connecting flight and passyunks did NOT disappoint! The guys were so cool, walking us through the different sandwich options and giving recommendations. Highly recommend for anyone craving cheesesteak or just a delicious meal! Did the happy dance the entire meal!

If you want to be yelled at and insulted, then come here. At least 2 of the guys were total jerks to my wife and me and another customer I saw too. I understand it's Philly and there's always a little "Whaddya want?" attitude floating around but these guys took it to an extreme. They make you feel like you're bothering them to put in an order. The pizza guy yelled at my wife, "Hey, I'm talking to you! Why are you ignoring me?!" because we couldn't hear him say her name over the loud music that they have blasting overhead.
The actual sandwich was below average but still probably better than the spongy bread at Genos in the airport. But I'd rather go anywhere than get mistreated here.
