The food is terrible, I had a corned beef rubin that made me sick. It was so fatty I could barley eat it. The attitude of " IRV'"the owner I guess was also unpleaeant. If you do not like your job asswipe, please move on, You and your "resturant "suck. The roach coack outside in much better. Thanks again, for nothing asshole.

Great sandwiches at a price that rivals the food trucks outside. Highly recommend the Reubens.

I like the home fries and eggs. Cheap eats inside of Septa headquarters. If that's not the most Philly thing.

I've been meaning to try this sandwich location in the SEPTA building for awhile now, and it lives up to its solid reputation. The hot pastrami was lean but stacked high, on rye with spicy mustard and swiss, and came with a good dill pickle. With a drink and small bag of UTZ chips it came to just under $11.00, which is comparable to other sandwich shops in Ctr City. Staff was nice, location was clean, and there's some seating in the open foyer in front of the shop.

Amazing food and quality. Delicious, highly recommended. The hot dogs and chili dogs are awesome.

This is a hidden underground gem I discovered thanks to JL Jupiter on YouTube. They have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. The word Pastrami comes first and then "things" second, so I figured they must specialize in pastrami. On my first visit I had a Pastrami, corned beef, and cheese sandwich. It was on rye bread. It was so delicious! Despite it being a thick sandwich it was easy to bite. The meats melt in your mouth. It ranks right up there with the top sandwiches in the city. I had a piece of lemon cake with it, which was a good but standard piece of cake. It satisfied my sweet tooth but was not memorable like the sandwich. On my next visit I went for breakfast and tried the Pastrami & cheese sandwich on a Kaiser roll. The sandwich was not very well put together. Most of the egg was on one side of it. And the pastrami seemed a bit overcooked. It was still a very good breakfast sandwich once I evened out the egg, but not quite up to the level I expected based on my last visit. I work near Pastrami & Things and it will now be a regular part of my lunch rotation.

The corned beef and pastrami hoagie. Omg. Perfect. I ended up here because of a foodie I follow. The place is inside of the bus terminal/museum. Downstairs. Their hours are short. Just a few hours and not in the weekend. They do breakfast sandwiches until 11. I saw a sign to place the order online while in the store. If you go to the website you can. Which would probably be more convenient

Septa’s secret hidden gem. This place is always producing great hand made food like a traditional deli. Never disappointed. From multiple types of bagels, sandwiches, breakfast platters, lunch menu and specials. Perfectly toasted bagels! Coffee, bottled drinks, tea…Great price for the quality. Ordered Bacon, egg, cheese on a toasted sesame bagel, w/coffee. $5.95

this is our public transit ...a stop along our blue line known in Philadelphia as the Market Frankford Elevated Train....come and appreciate one hundred years of history?...Read the many historical signs print....Wanting to add an 'drawn' picture, i used a buddha board just purchased from holiday special, Barnes and Noble...I could take the picture fast enough...but. WOW. AND WOW....I got angles of sunlight, the wall of glass, the Logan's run dripping escalators, the potted island plant next to the noveau flat column architectual feature, the entrance of Pastrami and Things.....this is updated

Do not be led astray by the name of this place and get the Kimchi Bulgogi Cheesesteak. What a great week to be the Cheesesteak guy!! This was the third amazing Cheesesteak this week. This Cheesesteak has hot sauce on it. I went boldly into this Christmas Eve day and got the hot sauce and I am glad I did. I did not love the $9.25. I do wish this was a bigger Cheesesteak because it was awesome and I want it more. Nice enough people. Very good overall experience.

The best most unique cheesesteak in the city. I'm going to miss the people and the food very much. Cheers everyone, and good luck with what's next!

I'm lucky enough to work right around the corner from this place. There aren't many places around here that have reasonably priced items. It's not really the stores fault. I'm sure rent is high. They are pretty fast here too. It's good for people like myself who can't order ahead. I never know when I'm going to be taking lunch. I also don't ever have much time for lunch. That makes it hard to avoid fast food or WaWa. I always have to grab pre-made s**** I suggest getting the BLT. Great price and taste. I've also just really been on a BLT kick lately.
