We hosted a welcome party at Patchwork for guests the day before our wedding. It was a warm and welcoming space for guests coming in from out of town and convenient for those in the hyatt centric. Katie did a wonderful job of coordinating the details with us and accommodated our gluten free and vegan dietary needs. We had roughly 100+ guests attend and they even opened up space in an adjacent conference room to allow us room. We appreciate all your work in making this a special...
The restaurant was very eccentric and the atmosphere was great! The service was efficient. Let’s start with brunch the crab cakes were fresh, but lacked in flavor. The patchwork omelette was pretty decent; The vinaigrette on the arugula was a little too acidic for my liking. The waffles were very delicious and by far my favorite. For dinner I tried the wings, they were flavorful w/ a little spice. The patchwork burger and fries were fresh and were seasoned to perfection.
