drove over today from Jersey to get Pat's cheesesteaks I got two cheesesteaks one was supposed to be mushrooms and onions with wiz and the other was supposed to be plain cheese steak American cheese we got the steak with the mushrooms and onions no cheese and the other cheese steak cut onions in it which wasn't supposed to and no cheese it was a simple order very disappointed and they weren't busy

Restaurantji Recommends
It was nice to have a *original* Philly cheese steak. Now I have a starting point to compare any others. Neighborhood isn't the greatest and forget about street parking. The restaurant it self is clean and welcoming. Kind of odd to order the Philly in one window and sides and drinks in another. Having had Geno and then Pat's I have a small opion on the matter. I enjoyed the flavor of Pat's more.

Returned to Philly after years away.
Small portions, specks of bone and fat in the sandwich. Terrible product. All for $17. Never again.
