Wish I could give it zero stars. The bread wasn’t toasted. The cheese wasn’t melted. The steak had a gamey taste to it and we could tell because there was zero seasoning. Go to uncle Gus in the market.

In town visiting from SC. I stopped to grab 2 provolone with onions on my way back home. When I got home there was no provolone cheese on either of my sandwiches. After reheating in a moist paper towel in the microwave for only 40sec the sandwich was dry. I'm sorry, customer service was nice and very fast service but myself and husband who I surprised with the sandwich were very disappointed.

Pats steak sandwich, the meat was dry and not seasoned. It's wasn't chopped and was just in slices. Not the cheese or hot sauce helped. Will not go back Very disappointing.

Poor example of a Philly Cheese steak sandwich Genos aint no better, Conolli place at that intersection is real good and the pizza 👍 so if u make a special trip there like we did u can atleast try the connoli place n the Pizza is solid 9.3

Last night 1st time actually buying a cheese steak from here and they screwed up lol we ordered 2 simple cheese steaks with american cheese nothing fancy my buddy opens his up and no cheese at all he showed it to the person at the window and they did remake it tho smh
