Usually stop in when I am up from Florida, in 4 years this place has gone downhill. Hardly any meat on a cheesesteak, 2 nights later Hoagie was awful, lettuce onion on roll first, then a roll of the meats on top vs layered first on the roll and lettuce, onion on top. I've had much better sandwiches from Jersey Mikes in Florida than up here in the original home of the hoagie. Will not be going back.

order from grubhub and got an extra charge because prices were wrong. ok thats fine. Food is terrible. They must have switched owners or something . Pizza used to be so good. I havent had it in a while so I figured I would try. never again. The sauce and dough is not good at all and the white with spinach is terrible as well. 50$ for two pizzas. Pats lower your prices if you are going to serve food like that. Yuck!!!!

Was a bit upset with my order today. I usually always get the meat lovers pizza and is usually pretty good pizza but today it was kinda undercooked. Was not as done( white ) or crispy like usual. I also got a pizza steak that I did not quite like. Hardly any meat,sauce, and cheese. I order quite frequently but today was little disappointed. Ill still get the pizza but no more steaks. Sorry.

I used to live on East Keswick in the late 80's. Pats was the best place around 37 years ago. They remain the same today!

This is a pizza only store good luck getting anything else!!! I normally never leave reviews with that being said the food is ok sometimes. but when you go to order anything other than a pizza they make you feel like it is a problem and try to convince you to get a pizza. I asked for cheese ravioli 3 separate days all with in a week and separate times from 3pm to 9pm and the first two times I asked they told me that they don’t have anyone to make it I was confused as my grand kid helps me make pasta at home didn’t know you had to go to school to make pasta on top of that I just tried to order again and now I was just told that they will have a hard time making it like I don’t except you to always have everything but if you can not make pasta or do not want to make pasta one of the easiest foods to make that concerns me greatly end of story this is a pizza only store the pizza sometimes is cooked and sometimes will make you sick but all around the pizza is ok

The first time I ordered from Pat's, I was beyond pleased. They delivered it through their own delivery drivers. When I called back to order again, they tell me they don't deliver to my area. (1 Mile away) No problem, ok. So I went through GrubHub. In the notes on GrubHub I put please two sides of honey mustard thank you. After I ordered I also called Pat's Pizza and just let them know that I ordered the two sides of honey mustard so they wouldn't not see it in the notes. The girl working there assured me it would be in the bag. Welp. Nothing. Didn't get it. I know it's just honey mustard, but it's principal. I'm a woman, I have cravings, and that was all I wanted. Fries with honey mustard. If you can't look at a simple note for extras, PLUS me calling you....that's sad. Also, the fries came slightly soggy, and dull with no flavor. I had to air fry them and add salt and pepper 🤦🏻♀️ oh and the pizza? LOL. It's all crust! With burnt cheese . So. Enjoy your food from Pat's! 😄
Cheesesteak was so thin onion rings soggy . I keep saying I won’t order from there again I don’t know why I even bother.. Only plus was today they didn’t take over an hour….

I've been interviewed there 3 times. They are always hiring because the owner looks at you like you have 3 heads and never hires normal people. Always emphasizes that they don't hire people do drugs but always hire drug addicts. I would recommend you don't support this business!!!
