LOVE the food! And I’ve done 2 previous meal prep companies prior and they are the best!

This might sound crazy but Performance Meal Prep genuinely changed my life. The food is delicious (so I actually enjoy it, unlike meals from well-known competitors), it's healthier and cheaper than all the takeout I used to live on, and it saves me tons of time I would spend thinking about, shopping for, and cooking food. I usually get items by the pound but the pre-made meals are solid too. Can't recommend them enough, honestly.

The best place to get meal prep from. I've always had trouble counting macros and making food I'm excited about and this place keeps it so easy and convenient. Everything I have tried is delicious and keeps me incredibly full and energized. There are many options every week along with rotating menu items so you don't get bored of the same food. I appreciate the local delivery option and the driver is so nice and communicative about arrival time and drop off. I highly recommend them to everyone!

We hosted a pickleball party for 50 guys the morning of our son’s wedding in Wilmington - Jesse at PMP Catering was very responsive on the front end with planning, came up with good ideas, and delivered hot bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and coffee for the entire crew. There is a reason the Performance crew has 5 stars! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of ingredients, variety of choices and customer service. Hands down best meal prep service I have had to date and love that they deliver right to my gym (ie second home) for no additional charge.

We’ve been using Performance Meal Prep for about two months now, and it’s honestly been such a help. No cooking every night, no dishes piling up, just heat and eat. The meals arrive fresh, not frozen, and taste way better than you’d expect from a “healthy” meal service. The blackened salmon with yellow rice and asparagus is always good, and the chicken fettuccine Alfredo somehow feels rich without being heavy. The real standout for us is the low-carb Philly beef sandwich. Ribeye, caramelized onions, mushrooms, cheese. We added it to every single order.

The containers are solid and easy to reuse, and everything stacks neatly in the fridge. Pricewise it’s a bit more than grocery shopping, but it saves so much time. We get our lunches and dinners through them, and it’s freed up hours during the week.

If there’s one thing we’d like to see, it’s a few more rotating dishes. After a couple of months, the options start to feel familiar. Still, the food tastes great, and taking short breaks between orders keeps it fresh. Definitely worth trying if you want convenient meals that don’t taste like compromise.

Delicious food, great system, great service, great prices!! I have tried a few different meal kit or meal delivery services and wish I had found PMP sooner! Right in my back yard, these guys cook everything the day it's delivered and it stays tasty for the ~week or so promised! Their no-subscription model is perfect for busy people who don't want the hassle of pausing the subscription if you go on a trip etc. Just order what you want that week and their delivery team drops it right at your door for a small charge! No bulky packaging or crazy amounts of trash to deal with. Just delicious, healthy food. Definitely give these guys a try if you want professional quality meals at a great price point!
