Been going here since before I can remember and for some reason always get creamp chipped beef. They can make anything taste great, and the staff are always always friendly and nice. They are easy to get along with and patient. The prices are going up just like everywhere else because of the raised prices of eggs so if its you’re first time back in a few years it might be surprising , but their a business that has to survive just like the rest of them. Godbless the staff thats been making mornings great for years.

My family always came to this spot ever since I was a kid. & I never had anything bad to say until now. They use to show so much love with their food. Here’s an example , when ordering French toast they would give you like 4-6 pieces. But now they only give you one piece of bread & cut it in half. That’s ridiculous

March 2025 I don’t how I got horrible orange French toast from here it taste nasty I don’t know who was cooking or what you thought you was doing but I’ve been eating from here since 2012 never have I gotten something like this …I think I’ll pass for a while coming here anymore!

Everything is good. The only problem is cross contamination because the cook is also the cashier, touching money and food is extremely harmful. People will get sick. If someone from FDA has breakfast there, they will get a fine real quick. You should hire a cashier, the sole job is to cash people out only, it will be a safter thing to do.
We stopped here on a trip, and OMG, everything was amazing, from Kim who waited on us, to the owner who gave us samples of their scrapple and "Taylor's pork roll". This place is very well worth stopping and checking out! And the prices are great. Will definitely come back if ever in the area again

Hey Karens, is the service a little slow ? yeah, it's because the joint is normally full and the phone for delivery is ringing off the hook. Pete used to serve the working class that got off the 56,5,3 or the "EL", as plants and factories shut down Ronnie introduced delivery and brought the food to the those same blue collar workers. In this area you would be hard pressed to find any place that has been around as long as Pete,s. so sit down stfu and and enjoy my favorite a western w/cheese, side of sausage and some cable fries.

I only only ordered two sandwiches at 9am & this place is LITERALLY 5 minutes from my house . Not only did they take over a hour to bring me my food but the sandwiches were cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted, & it was put together sloppy . What a waste of $20 .
