I actually used to like this spot. It wasn't always great but it wasn't bad. Last few times, I didn't enjoy the food. The worse part was that the last i ordered, a roach came out the pizza box. 60th walnut location. I called and asked to speak to manager. No response. I wasn't going to write this cuz I know it's damaging, but I could never tell them they're so maybe they'll read it here.
That's a bad look on so many levels. Things happen, but a roach out the box and then no return phone call is crazy.

I ordered food from this establishment and paid with a card with 5.00 tip included, just to have food delivered and put on a bench on my porch. No phone call to let me they were outside to hand me my food.,but a te xt came to say my food had been delivered. If you pay with a card add tip after you get your food delivered. If Delancey Pizza wasn't on vacation this place would have never gotten my money.

A few things I don't like about this business. When you place an order on the telephone and use your credit card ahead when they deliver your food, they leave it on the step and leave they don't notify you to let you know your food is on your property the buffalo wings be overcooked i felt a cook insect roach in my cheesesteak and when I called to report it to them, they put me on hold and never came back i do not recommend this location at all but eat at your own risk

Pizza don’t ever come out right a lot of the time it’s under cooked the only good Pete’s pizza is on Lancaster. 60th is not one I’d recommend to anyone to go to it’s like they don’t care or have a different recipe

I was disgusted I went to the store to get pizza instead of going to my usual Staley’s because I just moved in the area I thought I try them out, I totally regret it the pizza was ok but the cook possibly Puerto Rican or Mexican I couldn’t really tell decided to spit in the trash while cooking totally disgusted I will not be ordering from here again. The cashier also walked away while my credit card was in the machine could’ve got it for free he wouldn’t have known if it said approved or decline.
Order from Uber eats, food was not good.. the sauce in the pizza was sour, the sausage taste rotten and the wings had a funny after taste 🤢

I think they changed management I use to love their beef pepperoni pizza nd now they dnt use the same pepperoni anymore it’s nasty now

I really like Pete's pizza,after moving away...I look forward to going home and ordering their tasty pizza. Customer service used to be an issue, but they've made some changes that are beneficial now

I called in an order that was to be ready in 20 minutes. Got there in 25 minutes and the pizza wasn't even made. Staff offered a free soda for the inconvenience but I didn't take it (that was cool). A lady ordered fries and complained about them being dark and over cooked. I found that out the hard way when I got home. My fries (Mega Fries) were SO BURNT, OVER COOKED and far from enjoyable. So I moved on to the small pizza which was just as bad. Barely cheese on it, bareley sauce and the crust tasted like it was cooked 3X over. It was so hard. Needless to say my $23 plus dollars was not spent well and I was not happy and still left hungry. Thank Goodness for leftovers! The one nice thing I witnessed was a lady's pizza order was made with pork and they remade her pizza and told her to take both. The lady opted not to because for obvious reasons she didn't eat pork. The staff member told her to just put outside on the ledge and someone would come by and get it. I actually saw someone who was in need do just that. So that was the only good thing that came out of that experience because it surely WAS NOT THE FOOD. WHOMP WHOMP.

Placed an order 5/2/25 at 5:11pm and received at 7:11pm/ Order was incomplete but I was charged, Made five calls to store and 5 times was told manager would call me, They owe me refund and I;m going thru dispute with bank to get it. Dont order with credit card. next time will use grubhub they handle disputes and make refunds while you are on phone with them. I'm long time Pete's customer. But this time they failed the customer..
