I really like Pete's pizza,after moving away...I look forward to going home and ordering their tasty pizza. Customer service used to be an issue, but they've made some changes that are beneficial now
Placed an order 5/2/25 at 5:11pm and received at 7:11pm/ Order was incomplete but I was charged, Made five calls to store and 5 times was told manager would call me, They owe me refund and I;m going thru dispute with bank to get it. Dont order with credit card. next time will use grubhub they handle disputes and make refunds while you are on phone with them. I'm long time Pete's customer. But this time they failed the customer..
Everyone was nice. It just took a while to be greeted as one member of the staff walked past me numerous times before even acknowledging I was there. I’ve just come to realize the type of pizza they make I don’t like. Something about the cheese. Too thick.
