If I have a cheat day I will be naughty and purchase a Pizza 😁🍕 I tried Pete's Pizza and it was a great choice. 1st time there. Atmosphere: Its called WEST PHILLY! 👌🎈💕 SERVICE: GREAT! 🎆 A female and a male counter person both are nice, and have wonderful smiles. I've read the reviews, and I think that you receive what you give back in some cases. And I read about the workers sitting outside. The workers are outside resting until their deliveries are prepared. I don't see anything wrong with that. 🤓⚡ Keep Striving For Perfect!

Disappointed i always get the mega fries which are delicious but recently I’ve been told the owner downgraded the portion size which I’ve seen myself. But the price is still the same and I’ve been getting them since the price was 6 dollars and some change and have continued to support.

I order through UberEats. I haven't tried every pizza in Philly, but of the pizzas I've had, Pete's Pizza is my favorite. It's delicious!

I ordered takeout online. I know sometimes it could take about an hour to get delivered, but after about an hour and a half I decided to call the number listed. Someone answered and I gave my name and number and was told that someone would call me back right away. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to call them back. It rang and just hung up. This happened 5 more times. Eventually I just chalked it up to it not being delivered. The driver eventually called back saying he was here after 2 hours of waiting. I finally got the order and of course it was as if was delivered right out of the refrigerator. This will certainly be the last time I order from Pete's. And I'll be sure to give everyone my thoughts about this experience. Especially here at Penn and CHOP hospitals.

The service is not very good, the ATMOSPHERE IS TERRIBLE...The worker comes outside, sit on the bench that's adjacent to the door where the CUSTOMERS have to enter and smokes Marijuana 😕 The personal pizza was cooked too long, making the bottom of the crust was too hard!!!

Absolutely disgusting! They delivered this burnt and cold pizza. It looked and tasted like it was leftover, they reheated it, and then took so long to deliver it that it got cold again. I took one bite and threw it away.
Attempts to contact them to get a refund or a new pizza were ignored. Terrible customer service as well!
EDIT: Yeah now they act like they care and want to make it right since I posted this publicly. No thanks! AVOID this place!

I came to buy a chicken cheesesteak it was tasteless,meat dry terrible I couldn't eat it after one bit it went in the trash money wasted my lost,not going back!!!!

They told me wait to be called back. 20mins go by nothing. I called back they said they’re waiting for their manager. It’s been 3hrs no call back no food. Never again

They have a new system where you call to place an order, you are not talking to the store, instead a call center. They lie and say they have items that are never in stock and you can’t even cancel when the store calls to let you know… such an inconvenience.

Terrible customer service ! I spoke with the gentleman on the phone take out order I specifically said chicken homemade salad. Why oh why you give me a grilled chicken salad. I been read their reviews! And they are bad they put a flyer on my door 15min away… me like a dummy well they can’t go wrong with a salad! Oh yes they did! Manager never called back 3xs I called. I will never eat from them again! Hire people that know PETES MENU! And know how to take prober orders!
