I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and it was the worst chicken cheesesteak I ever had in my life. The food was cold and the chicken used was lunch meat chicken. The fries were a whole different story. The pizza was decent but the chicken cheesesteak was terrible. I was mad hungry and annoyed. I wanna call my bank and dispute this charge. Waste of my money

On June 28th about 10pm I placed and order. It came up to $51.xx for 2 chicken breast cheesesteaks and a mini turkey lover pizza. We paid by card other the phone. In a nutshell the food was disgusting. It taste nothing like Pete’s West or Pete’s near Frankford mini pizzas. I asked for the turkey on the pizza tastes like lunch meat with only 1 turkey meat. And the steak was bland and did not taste like chicken breast. It tastes like they used the frozen chicken meat and not actual chicken breast. Toppings were missing like ketchup, pickles, pepper and salt.
Service was an absolute nightmare. I place this order to the hotel I was visiting. Myself and my partner stayed in the lobby waiting for our food to arrive. I called at 11:20pm to check the status of my order. The woman that answered said the food would be leaving out shortly. Note that when the store close, it closes. There is no one there to make sure orders are delivered. We stayed in the lobby at the bar waiting for our food until about 2am- as we were having cocktails. The delivery driver noted that the food was left in the lobby. An absolute joke. We went to be hungry. The next day, June 29th, I called as soon as they opened. I informed them of the matter. Management offered a refund or reorder. To make things less of an headache, we had a reorder. That’s how I know the food is terrible. I picked it up to avoid the delivery driver from fabricating another story to keep the food. I would NEVER ORDER, EAT or SUGGEST this place not even to a dog.

Just ordered a pizza no longer than an hour ago. No marinara sauce on the pizza. If you ran out just say that! I would’ve never ordered. Like what be wrong with yall and playing with people money🤨. Idc if I payed a penny. It’s my penny and this is not what I asked for . Asked for a manager and manager wants to be mia 🤨 stop playing with me for real. And the review WILL go on yelp so yall can’t delete it.

Definitely should’ve read the reviews first!! Horrible experience…will never order from here again. I was visiting my mother and ordered from this place. They charged me $14 per cheesesteak….I ordered 5 of them. I couldn’t believe how small and skinny the steaks were. What a ripoff! This place has truly changed from what I remember it to be. I am still awaiting a phone call from the no named manager. Never again!

I order a large pizza with sausage and pepperoni, not a sausage pepperoni cookie. My pizza look like it was the last pizza for the night and they just reheated it and served it out.
I feel like Pete’s is driving itself into the ground! Normally I’m a supporter but they did me dirty today…ordered at 1pm it’s 3pm and I’m just finding out my food not coming cause there’s no driver..so now i gotta pick it but they could of called and communicated the issues..they trying to use all these 3rd party services instead of being hands on and it’s making service trash!

First off today I ordered a 14 dollar salad I specifically told the Chinese woman who answered the phone that’s what she sound like that I didnt want pork that IaM Muslim . Fast toward they delivered a salad with all pork I called 7 times they keep telling me the manger gonna call it’s been over a hour no call gone on two hours I called again they keep saying he gonna call you back keep your line open . This is horrible customer service I will never ever order from here ever again. The manger is the worst serious yall just stealing people money in then all yall can say is we apologize I don’t see yall saying that yall would refund people or redeliver the food that’s why yall have a 2.5 review
