I feel like Pete’s is driving itself into the ground! Normally I’m a supporter but they did me dirty today…ordered at 1pm it’s 3pm and I’m just finding out my food not coming cause there’s no driver..so now i gotta pick it but they could of called and communicated the issues..they trying to use all these 3rd party services instead of being hands on and it’s making service trash!

First off today I ordered a 14 dollar salad I specifically told the Chinese woman who answered the phone that’s what she sound like that I didnt want pork that IaM Muslim . Fast toward they delivered a salad with all pork I called 7 times they keep telling me the manger gonna call it’s been over a hour no call gone on two hours I called again they keep saying he gonna call you back keep your line open . This is horrible customer service I will never ever order from here ever again. The manger is the worst serious yall just stealing people money in then all yall can say is we apologize I don’t see yall saying that yall would refund people or redeliver the food that’s why yall have a 2.5 review

Ordered a ground beef pizza but a ground beef pizza with a lot of mushrooms was delivered. Called the number and was told I need to speak to manager but person who answers the phone doesn't work in the store. How crazy is that. Been waiting over 1/2 hour and no one has called back. This is the worst service. Won't be patronizing them.

they stay messing up!! then if you complain they act like it's ur fault! the managers are no help fixing the problem!! just don't go to Pete's at this point.. throw the whole store away!!

I used to love Pete's but time I'm not impressed. I ordered an Italian hoagie, I didn't get any lettuce, and tomatoe. Also my soda, that paid for wasn't there.
I can tell Pete is Under new management the food is very food and the staff are friendly ❤️ can’t wait to order again

Excellent cook, ordering intake services you get rushed of the phone, when trying to place order you get treated as if your a robot, no times for suggestions strictly place the orders and pay not even a thank you, prices are a bit too high could be lowered or better package deals for large families, delivery drivers are very fast and accurate. They are very patient and kind. They honestly deserve good tips. They simply need to hire better counter girls without bad attitudes. I’m a 30 plus year customer starting from Fairmount Avenue across the Phila. Art Museum, SP Passyunk, and currently to SWP Woodland Avenue. Ordered delivery and it didn’t come two hours later. Food was cold. Pizza barely had sauce on it & slices were cut different size slices. Chicken was over cooked! Pete’s on woodland ave fell all the way off. I don’t know who the new owners are but they running this place down!
