Amazing space, food, and of course, drinks! The cocktails are fun and really showcase their spirits. The space is open yet cozy - absolutely loved it. The food was perfect for sharing, and was delicious.

Fabulous space with huge windows onto the rather Martian-looking distillery equipment. Great cocktails with a major focus on their gin. Fantastic service from Em, who also knows so much about what they produce. Food mostly good - a little uneven on that. Definitely try the crispy potatoes!

I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience here. The space is nice and inviting, and service was good. Drinks were just okay. After receiving our drinks, we noticed there were multiple mice running around and hiding under the couches in the seating area. This is obviously concerning from a food and drink safety standpoint.

Breathtaking Bar and Distillery. You might not even walk in because the outside is so underwhelming , so make sure you go on in!!!!! Great smiling staff and the products are amazing quality.

As a fan of Bluecoat gin, I don’t know what took me so long to do a tour of the distillery and try their tasting room. Val, our tour guide, was great the cocktails we had were delicious. Can’t wait to go back.

Great and engaging tour by Val. Good tasting experience. Cocktails were good. I had one at the bar while waiting for the tour to begin. Good bar service. I had another after the tour while enjoying some really tasty focaccia bread. I appreciate my server giving me a special cocktail recommendation and then having the bartender whip it up.

The ambiance was great. Very cool venue. Great cocktail menu. Appetizers that we tried were good... but the burgers were pretty bad. But the side of potatoes that we ordered, were excellent! Would go back— but just for drinks and apps. Definitely not the burgers.
