The flavors taste like what they're supposed too. Just like the fruit they claim. Not overly sweet, just enough to be damn good!!!

The servings here are huge ; a small in a cup is enough for two people at least. The flavors are hit or miss; the Reece's swirl is great but the pistachio was VILE. Service is fine( you order at the window). Convenient albeit pricey

Exceptional ice cream, quite rich and thick and flavorful! Large servings in my sundae (great value, given how high quality the ice cream is), and just delicious ? I can't wait to return and try more of their

The strawberry cheesecake ice cream is very good. My favorite is the butter almond ice cream but it needs to have a little more butter in the butter almond but other than that it's pretty good. it got assortments of cones and flavors.

Sold us a defective gift card which clearly had not been loaded properly and then claimed there was no money on it when the transactions showed their failure to load the card.

overpriced and mediocre customer service. kindly informed the woman my ice cream was wrong and she refused to re-make it correctly

Sold us a bogus gift card for $25 with no money on it. Insisted we had used the card when they clearly hadn't loaded it

Meh. Didn't like the attitude that me daughter was given when she told them that they made a mistake and put banana( which she doesn't like AND is allergic to) icee in her cup. I'll stick to Turkey Hill ice cream.

This place has the best water ice in the entire city. Hands down! It is worth every single penny you pay! Every flavor I’ve had has been nothing short of amazing. My favorites so far are black raspberry, passion fruit, mango, sour apple, kiwi, kiwi strawberry & cherry. Their ice cream is almost as delicious as their water ice. Every flavor I’ve tried has been great! & the service is always exceptional. This place is definitely worth a visit if you’re anywhere near the area & have a craving for ice cream or water ice. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I usually don’t like to publicly critique an establishment because I’ve worked in these type of environments and realize the hard work it takes. Nonetheless, twice I’ve had a subpar customer service experience here. Today we waited 20 mins for our order (simple banana splits) and I went up to the woman working the register to ask about it but was unpleasantly told that “they called my number” when in fact it never was. The order was placed in the fridges and never announced. Once we got home, parts of our order were wrong. Not sure I’d go back!

please please teach the employees how to properly serve ice cream on a cone. Service is quick but every time you're given a lopsided unbalanced ice cream that's falling into your hands 1 min after you get it, super frustrating

Middling to poor experience with Fairmount Flavors. Let's start with the positive - menu options are solid, lots of variety and uniqueness. The location is convenient. The server was nice, if a bit disinterested (she was wearing AirPods). The negatives -- 1) The prices are exorbitant. Two scoops goes for $6, and if you add a few standard toppings you're paying $10 or more. Wild stuff. 2) They did not clean the spoon prior to scooping my ice cream. Tons of orange looking ice cream / water ice mixed into my flavors. Really hated to see that.3) My ice cream had a bunch of ice chunks in it, and really everything was just generally kind of icy and not smooth or creamy like the best ice cream spots.Could have just been a bad day, and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and come back again - will confirm one way or another. Really wanted to like it here but came away disappointed!

Please find an authentic Philly water ice establishment.... FAIRMOUNT FLAVORS is NOT IT. I feel really badly for those who have this as an example of the Philly pretzel, water ice & Italian ice cream experience. Besides being over priced for everything the flavors are watered down & artificial. The pretzels are not Philadelphia SOFT PRETZELS at all but the ones from the frozen food section. The water ice was so bland & ice cream taste like store brought generic it was not a treat to say the least. Lastly the sales staff at the window was a bit attitude-ish & did not give me the friendly vibes like when it was Philly Flavors. Same location, new management, stale treat offerings.

ALL I WANTED WAS A LARGE ICE CREAM CONE THE WAY THAT I WANTED IT MADE!!! HOWEVER, THE LITTLE CASHIER AT THE RIGHT WINDOW HAD A BAD ATTITUDE AND NOT DID IT SHOW, TONIGHT SHE BECAME FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I ORDERED A CONE THE WAY I HAD THE LAST TWO VISITS. BUT NOPE SHE WASN'T HAVING IT MY WAY. IT BECAME SO BAD THAT A CUSTOMER TWO PEOPLE BEHIND ME STEPPED IN TO CORRECT HER ABOUT HOW CONES ARE MADE THERE. I NEVER FUSS BACK WITH CASHIERS. I EITHER LEAVE OR IF I WANT THE PRODUCT BAD ENOUGH, I'LL BUY, LEAVE, AND WRITE A REVEIW AFTER MY LAST REQUEST TO A CONE SHE REVAMPED TO ADD CARAMEL YET AGAIN, SHE TOLD ME THAT THE PEOPLE WHO MAKES THE CONES CAN NOT DRIZZLE ANY CARAMEL IN THE CONE. I ASKED IF SHE COULD LET THE CONE MAKERS KNOW TO DRIZZLE SOME OF THE CARAMEL IN THE CONE. SHE SAID IM ADDING IT TO THE ORDER. AND BECAUSE OF THE NASTY LOOK THAT SHE GAVE ME, I KNEW HOW THE CONE WAS GOING TO TURN OUT. SO I RECEIVED A CONE HALF FILLED WITH CARAMEL WHICH IS NOT THE CONE MAKERS FAULT. HOWEVER, IF THE CASHIER WHO THOUGHT THAT SHE WAS CUTE, JUST LISTEN MORE AND SPEAK LESS, MY CLOSE TO $13 CONE WOULD HAVE BEEN EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE CONE WAS WASTED BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST WAS NOT TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.
