Philly Fresh Cheesesteaks

What a joke! The subs are literally six inches long, and look nothing like the pictures. My sub was $16 + change, and my wife's was $12 + change. So basically $28 for a foot-long sub with very little meat, and pretty low quality at that. $5.50 for five *little* onion rings. Fries were also $5.50. They weren't great, and you don't get a whole lot of them.I don't know how anybody is giving this place 5 star reviews - must be employees, because you'll see a ton of 1 star reviews, and there's no way, even drunk at 2:00am that anyone would give this place more than one star.

This is neither philly style or fresh… dry crusty bread with dry unseasoned meat. And to top it off you have unmelted Kraft singles on top. What a waste of money, gas stations have better sandwiches

Seems like a cruel joke.Hot dog roll sized cheesesteaks. Hard, cold, plastic cheese fries.I am SO upset right now.Please save your money.$80 spent and I know my family is still hungry.

Do yourself a favor and change the name of your restaurant. I couldve made a better cheese steak on my radiator. What a joke. Barely a shred of steak and a mountain of cheese on a way over-toasted bun. “F” for FIRE the cook

Ordered late at night, around 11pm. Delivery time estimate was pretty long, nearly 1am. Around 2 it still wasn’t here. Couldn’t contact the location to figure out where my food was, and it eventually arrived at 4am, looking like it had been made back at 11 and left to sit for hours. The sandwich was terrible, made like trash, and took five hours to arrive. Avoid this place like the plague.

this is an operation called a “ghost kitchen.” it’s some nasty place like chuck e. cheese disguised as a trustworthy local restaurant or it’s out of some weird sketchy kitchen. it’s not “real.” let me guess, you ordered takeout off of an app. never order from a place that you can’t walk into and sit down at.

I ordered through Uber eats, the driver called and said they don’t have my order. When I asked if they could make it since I already paid for it, the employees of Philly Fresh Cheesesteaks said no in an irate tone. Unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend.

Omg. What is this? I tried bc it was buy one get one but I got none! The fact that they say Philly is insane and Fresh? It looks like it’s from a dumpster. Going to fight with Uber Eats to the death for this one.

Now let me be clear their subs ( Philly included ) are very good and I had planned on leaving five stars but they sold me rotten chicken wings!!! I won’t be going back there because of them wings. If I stayed in Philly I would have took them back but I was just passing through.

I had to get refunded on UberEats. My sandwich didn't have all the toppings I ordered, the cheese was wrong...but most importantly, it didn't taste good. Delivered in a subway bag. I can't imagine paying the full $10 price for one of these. Cheesesteaks aren't hard. Decent portion of steak, bread, toppings. This was legitimately the worst cheesesteak I've ever had...no exaggeration.

Absolutely terrible. They should be ashamed to charge people money for this. Absolutely disgusting. Shame shame shame.

If i could go negative stars I would.... THE WORST FOOD I have ever had.... I'm not sure the meat was even meat.... It had a soft wet texture and the cheese was also soft and rubbery. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want to be physically sick..... Not to be overly detailed but if you eat from this restaurant you will be stuck in the restroom for a very long time....

There is one piece meat on the sandwich. Whan I talked to the restaurant they said that is all they put on there sandwich. So if you want a vegetable sandwich this is your place I will not be buying from here again very very poor quality

Pretty delicious sandwich for a late night order. I’m not sure what the others were expecting. Good bread, hot sandwich, lots of toppings. Fulfilled our cravings.

Food was bad. None of the toppings I asked for, hair in one sub, the other sub was super dry. The packaging was not smart. Because it allowed everything inside the sub to end up on the outside. And not enough meat on either sub. I ordered through doordash, and could not rate them there. I won't do that again.
