Just got a cinemon twist from the oregon ave store. It was stale. Big disappointment. $5 for it and a soft pretzel. Less than 1 star..

Fun Facts: The Catholic Church played a leading role in the early history of the pretzel. In the 7th century, the church dictated stricter rules governing fasting and abstinence during Lent than it does today. Pretzels, made of a simple mixture of water, flour, and salt, were an ideal food to consume during Lent. The first pretzels were baked as a soft, squishy bread, like the soft pretzels of today. Some say they were originally called "bracellae," the Latin term for "little arms," from which Germans later derived the word "bretzel." According to our historian tour guide, the earliest pretzels were dubbed "pretiolas," meaning "little rewards," and handed out by the monks when their young pupils recited their prayers correctly. Whatever they may have been called, the popularity of these twisty treats spread across Europe during the Middle Ages. Seen as a symbol of good luck, prosperity, and spiritual fulfilment, pretzels were also commonly distributed to the poor as a way of providing them with both spiritual and literal sustenance. Philly Pretzel Factory truly stands out when it comes to delivering a delightful pretzel experience. The softness of their pretzels is unmatched, creating a sensation of pure indulgence with every bite. From the moment you hold one in your hand, you can feel the exceptional quality and craftsmanship. The pretzels are not only soft, but they also boast a wonderful balance of flavors that leave you craving more. Whether you're a fan of classic salted pretzels or adventurous flavours, Philly Pretzel Factory has something for everyone. Treat yourself to their delectable pretzels and prepare to be amazed by the deliciousness they bring to the table!

The pretzels at this store were terrible. Extremely thin, misshaped and very hard. For a purchase made just past 7am, I expected hot and soft pretzels. The only reason they deserve any stars was the gentleman who served me was friendly and polite.

Sploosh, but with mustard. Great pretzels, kid friendly before 10pm! The pretzels I've had have been all super fresh. No complaints here. Would pretzel again. Never been to Philadelphia but I've seen a lot of always sunny.

It's not 24 hours anymore .. went for a 230am walk about to get something to eat and the place was closed up. Wasn't the best place to be walking around at night . The rats can carry you away lol.

Get the spicy cheese dipping sauce because without it, it's just a basic pretzel. Nothing to write home about.

No need to elaborate about Philly Pretzel Factory. Lets get to point. This place has the best soft pretzels I've ever tried. They are amazingly fresh, soft, and delicious. And it gets better, the place runs daily specials at very affordable pricing. For example, two Pretzel dogs, and four soft plain pretzels less than six dollars. Wow. If you visit Philadelphia you definitely have to try the Philly Pretzel factory. You will not regret it.

Had a Jones for a real Philadelphia soft pretzel and this place did it right!! Took a nice ride to Philadelphia just for the pretzels. Bought 30 of them hot right out of the oven. My car still smells like them. Best air freshener I ever bought. Only 1 thing. Bought 30 pretzels, did you have to charge me $ 0. 25 for a small cup of mustard? Was definitely worth the drive, traffic and all.

Made an order to be delivered at 4, and it arrived at 5:30. We are having a meeting so answering call is hard. Texted the driver to just leave the food in the lobby. No reply. Very disappointed experience.

I stopped by the store to get two pretzel dogs and to my surprise I was able to get three free pretzels! The pretzel dogs were pretty good as I expected. This was my first time visiting and eating anything from pretzel factory. During Covid they only allow one customer in the store at a time but luckily there wasn't A line so I just walked right in and the service was friendly and quick.
