Tried this hidden gem in O’Fallon, MO for the first time for Free Pretzel Day and honestly these have been the best pretzels I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back to try more of their delicious looking menu items. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming, it felt like I walked into a family member’s house with how happy they were to see us. This type of authenticity is not common nowadays so I’d definitely recommend Philly Pretzel Factory 🥰

We love your pretzels fresh and warm. Today I stopped and was very disappointed. The pretzels are hard like a stale left over. Please fresh and warm or at least fresh not hard. Thank you

I think this might be the best in south Philly…

We ordered and pre paid for pretzels And dips for the Super Bowl and when we got there we had to wait in line over an hour after our appointment time just to be told they didn’t have what we ordered and already paid for with no explanation and my husband then had to wait again to get a refund, very unprofessional!!

Just a heads up this store closes 20 minutes before scheduled..And refuses to serve anymore once they decide to close.

This one on 23rd & Passyunk is a dump! Pretzels are hard as rocks NOT FRESH and warm. Don't waste your money at this Pretzel factory. Go to Broad & McKean, I rather go out of my way for HOT FRESH Pretzels at any time of the day! They never disappoint.

So Today I made a purchase here. The services usually is always good. But,today it was horrible. When paying for my purchase I handed the lady my money in her hand. She sits my change on the counter. If you don’t want to hand people their change properly wear gloves?

Not one employee had a mask on. Philadelphia has a mask mandate. This is a total lack of respect for the customers.
