The store is not supposed to close until 6, yet if I come here between 5:15-45, the shop is already closed. Either change your hours or do your job and stay open.
Aside from just being really fresh and just the right size, they are great for taking on a road trip.
My first time in Philly. I ordered a pretzel with cheese fresh and delicious. The service was great and prices reasonable. You have to check out this location when in Philly.
Anthony have the best customer service and the pretzels are fresh and amazing šš½šš½ š„Øš„Ø
Great pretzels at a great price.
Everything you could want in a pretzel.
Definitely try the super hot mustard sauce.
Great pretzels and very spicy mustard with several options. Reasonable prices
Editing my 1st review. Went first thing this morning. Was eating out of the bag and the pretzels were as hard as a rock. I get home and take them out the bag and they look like this. Not sure if it's new owners or what but this is disappointing.

I stopped here because I was in the neighborhood, it was 8am but those pretzels were HORRIBLE!!! I usually go to City Line Ave and thatās where Iāll continue to go or get no pretzels at all!!!

Thank you, Djamal!
We came by the pretzel factory very early on a Sunday morning to feed a big group of people at our Airbnb. Djamal was amazing. Great energy, amazing hustle and he wished us a happy birthday. What a great place and great guy. The pretzels were a hit.

After I wrote this I went & read the reviews & my goodness ābirds of a feather flock togetherā. Iām not sure if this lady is the owner but the owner responding on here is horrible. Gotta do better; whether itās ācheap foodā or not. This is one of the worst locations Iāve ever come to. Really, I canāt say Iāve ever had a poor experience at the Pretzel Factory. & I rarely write bad reviews altogether; just not my style. The lady that walked up to the counter walked up to me then turned around & walked away as soon as I began to give my order. She gave me a nonchalant stance & look. Rolled her eyes as I asked a question or 2; my entire order took 2 minutes or less. She threw my pretzels in the bag along with my mustard, almost breaking the bag. Just a poor attitude. Just an unhappy lady tryna share her poor vibes. & being tired isnāt a reason to be rude

I understand that pretzel factory work with a company called TooGoodToGo. In efforts to save food instead of it going to waste. I purchased 3 bags worth of pretzels on from the app which adds up to $13. The staff member was rude and gave me only 5 pretzels and a cup.
Usually when I go to this location itās a different guy thatās way professional than the other staff. I had two other times of visiting here and received rude customer service from the other staff. I donāt know the professional guy name but he was the main reason I even came back to this location. But I will just go elsewhere and customer service training might be needed for the other staff members.

We used Philly Pretzel Factory and this location for our takeaway item at our wedding and the whole experience was absolutely flawless. This team, especially Josh, were so professional, responsive, and friendly. Josh and his team genuinely care about their customers. They even gave us pretzels with our initials at no extra charge. I highly, highly recommend using them for any event in Philly.
