The Philadelphia pretzel factory serves the best soft pretzels I've ever had in my life. They are always warm soft and gooey with plenty of salt and they taste fantastic. I could not recommend a better place for soft pretzels.

Whoever thought of the idea of a Philly Pretzel drive through is a genius. It's so convenient, especially since it's cold outside. The young lady taking my order was nice and patient. Will be back again.

The staff is very nice.
We've been supporting this company since it opened and frequent numerous locations however today at this location the pretzel we got was not fresh. It must have either been from the night before or first batch in the morning. The employees we're very nice and I felt bad so we just accepted the stale pretzel and left.

I purchased a Cinnaminson pretzel for $3.25. The pretzel must have been sitting around for awhile. 5 minutes after I purchased the pretzel it was not a soft pretzel any longer it was stale/hard and not worth eating.
