Classic tasting Philly soft pretzels, so they are delicious. They are even warm if freshly baked. Fast, friendly service. Very nice store and shopping center. But $2 for one pretzel? They were 50 cents a few years ago. Plus, nutrition lacks due to the fully hydrogenated fats, 280 mg of sodium, and refined carbs with the resulting lack of micronutrients. Hence, two stars removed (too harsh, I know). Then again, a huge Japanese study just publicized proves that ANY carbs will extend your life, even refined ones (nix the low carb diet nonsense. Go by actual studies, not biased theories and speculation used to promote overpriced health products and services).

Made to order pretzels. The staff was amazing and helpful!! Wish we had this company in Missouri!!
Poor customer service and management. Went in there to get just 1 pretzel and they basically refused my existence. Didn’t even acknowledge what I want to order. They were more focused on preorders than the customers inside the store waiting to get whatever they have inside the window. I understand that you have preorders, but they could’ve ask what we wanted for instead of saying, “wait 15 minutes to place an order”. Waited for 45 minutes and nothing happened so I left. Never coming back here again.

The workers here are so lazy. I went in with a coupon for a free pretzel dog and they said they're sold out. Didn't even bother to offer me anything else usually they'll pop them in the oven and be done in 5 minutes, but she looks like she was more interested in something on her phone
