I just want to this store Dec 6 2025 and it was a woman with her hand wrapped up as if it was something wrong with it and I came in the store for one Hot so wrapped in a sausage with dipping sauce of cheese, yellow mustard, and spicy mustard she told me the total was 875. I gave her a $20 bill gave me $1.90 back before I left the store. I’ll let her know that I gave you $20 and my total was $8.75 and when I receive my items it was two sausages wrapped and sausage when I only asked for one so she overcharged me that my order wrong and did not give me receipt gave me the wrong key argue with this is enough please hire people that it’s going to pay attention to directions to the products that they sell as well as the customer order the specific item they order look at the camera I am a female who is Wearing army fatigue

This place is so dirty the pretzels are rarely fresh and often over cooked. The female employees are trifling and rude. And always have an attitude for absolutely no reason.

I walked in and asked for 1 pretzel. The cashier had an attitude and said $3. I was confused why it was $3. After I paid, she gave me a few little pretzels. If I couldn't purchase one regular pretzel, she should've stated that.

I’m a Philly Pretzel girl. I’m from Atlanta, so when I’m visiting I’m getting my fix on. I always come to the Broad/Onley location. Never again. Why would the owner be out of uniform but expect it from his workers. Freedom of speech you say?…I get it, but there is a time and place for everything. Couldn’t tell you how the pretzels were that day. After a conversation with the owner, I walked out.

This place is dirty, and they never have any pretzels done. The pretzels that are done they keep on the trash can. Customer service is poor.

It's very hard to get parking here since it's on Broad and Olney. But the pretzels are always warm and so is the cashier's usually.

We were down from California visiting my daughter. About Aug 6/7th ish 2023 While she was at work we wanted to try the famous Philly pretzels. We just went to the closest one from the search. We walked in and the lady giggling at the man worker went to a straight faced unfriendly look. We tried to order several things and she kept saying we don't have any of that in a stern voice. My husband and I looked at each other want to go to a different one and I said yes. We walked out feeling the hatred from this woman. My daughter later informed me white people are not welcomed in North Philly. So if your white don't go to pretzel places in North Philly. We still got our yummy pretzels but like 10 miles away. My $20 is as good as anyone else's. ?

BEWARE: Some people should not be working in places that serves the public! No customer service. Males Dressed in unprofessional attire. Talking too much over the food. No Order..The broad n Olney spot needs some revising,. Or none of my family members will be purchasing from this location….

Pretzels was good other then the cashier stealing my wallet that I left then say that it wasn’t there I canceled all my cards so it okay but stealing something just because somebody left is weird
