Pretzel has zero taste in any shape or form. It was bland. It was cold. It was chewy. Absolutely would not come back again.

What kind of pretzel factory RUNS OUT OF PRETZELS an hour and half before closing!? JUST PURE LAZINESS. More than once or twice. This place used to be on point, but anymore they’re SLACKIN, big time. Some of the counter help can be trashy. If Steve is still the owner, I know he must not be there, because he would NEVER let that place run like that.
*Normally it’s clean and well kept. When food is available, most of the time is good. Sometimes sat under the heater too long or pretzels cold. Mainly need better employees.

They don't use gloves to make the pretzels. Service was okay and 3 workers standing around and it took someone that was making the food to come over and ring us up. That's ridiculous, and they were touching the pretzels. The pizza pretzels with no gloves. That's gross. But when I was looking, they grab gloves to grab my pretzels, I don't think i'm coming back here

I work for the city, so I am constantly in different areas of Philadelphia every day. This is by far the best, Pretzel Factory there is in Philadelphia. The food is always hot and fresh, the customer service is great, it’s a pleasure to go there a few times a week And continue to get even more fat after I have a heart attack from eating three or four sausage, pretzels a week, I will be able to say at least they were damn good.
