This is the best Philly pretzel factory in the city hands down. I go out of my way to go to this location only. Super consistent, excellent bake every time, nice employees. Honestly corporate needs to have all the franchise locations stage here.
What kind of pretzel factory RUNS OUT OF PRETZELS an hour and half before closing!? JUST PURE LAZINESS. More than once or twice. This place used to be on point, but anymore they’re SLACKIN, big time. Some of the counter help can be trashy. If Steve is still the owner, I know he must not be there, because he would NEVER let that place run like that.
