The store hours say their supposed to be open at 11am, but despite having pretzels made they have the gate down and just chatting with the staff at the terminal. What’s the point of opening between set hours if your not gonna do your job.

Alway a great place, there products are amazing but above all else they are a great part of the Neighborhood. Thanks for always making new and better stuff to try and the best dam pretzels 🥨 in Philadelphia.

As much as I be living buying my cinnamon pretzels from here I don't be liking the workers that work there, not all of them are rude with customers but most are.
Dis appointed the time i visited this establishment pretzel tasted like baked stones of old dough thoght i was gonna catch the kennsington lean off dem joints ....

No I didnt visit this place cause they have been close since covid 19 started. They have been closed since about June BUT their pretzels are ALWAYS fresh and delicious I been going there for at least 5 yrs..try da wrapped sausage and hots dogs they are Delicious
