Staff are Always so rude here
There’s nothing like a warm, soft pretzel from this spot—absolutely addictive with their classic dips. Quick service and that signature Philly taste make it a must-stop whenever I’m nearby. Perfect for a snack on the go!

There is no place like Philly to get a soft pretzel, and this place sells the unfancy real thing. There is nothing to compare in the DC area where we live.

The customer service at this specific location is abhorrent! The young lady that is providing the worse service on America is working there everyday when I catch my 4:30pm train. I used to stop and buy a pretzel everyday on my way home. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT spend 1 cent at this location with poor service and unacceptable attitude.

I believe the quality of the pretzels at this location lacks because they don't make them on site...idk about u, but that's what I go to Philly soft pretzel for,the freshness of it all. The pretzels at this location fall flat, usually hard, no fluff...ever had a pretzel fresh out the oven??? Not at this location...

The pretzels sit out too long uncovered and sometimes they are overcooked. They are called Philly "soft" pretzels for a reason. Nobody wants a crunchy pretzel.

They are never open when they are supposed to be open because the pretzel delivery guy is always late and then the cashier had a nasty attitude
These are not the soft pretzels of my youth, but the closest available. They are $1.25 each and squeeze bottles of mustard are free to use. Beware if they offer you a small container of mustard, that’s another $1.25. You’ll never eat Auntie Anne’s again.

Pleasant staff. Pretzels are expected.
Every single time I step into this location, the associate is always pleasant with me while getting my pretzel or pretzels.
The pretzels and pretzel dogs. The hot mustard with horseradish is great and really not as hot as you might think.
What a pleasant change from mall pretzels in Virginia. The mini is a great deal if all you are seeking is a soft, warm piece of salted dough. Avoid the pretzel dog as it’s way too salty-cardiac arrest warning.
