Food looked bad and old pretzel was not on there, barely
I didn't realize I ordered right at closing and I appreciate that y'all gave me what y'all could instead of just nothing ??

I placed an order through DD an I was very disappointed with my order. I called DD they offered me a 5$ credit. Really though DD after spending what I did. Meanwhile I wasn't happy with my 5$ results I called the store spoke to "Diddy" and she provided me with excellent customer service. I appreciate that!

The staff is always friendly and willing to help with what you purchased into the car. The pretzels are always good and warm ?

It's a great place where the entire family can enjoy Philly style pretzels.
Chris and the staff here are AMAZING! We get weekly orders for the school I teach at and the pretzels always arrive on time and made with TLC! So accommodating to anything we might need!! The Best!!

I volunteer at a nearby food share pantry, I contacted Chris the manager of pretzel factory for support in helping feed the community with a treat, we feed hundreds of people in the community and what a nice and awesome treat it would be to give a pretzel to our patrons of the food pantry, Chris lovingly will donate 50 pretzels to our cause this Saturday 7/10/21, we at the food pantry is great full and a big SHOUT OUT to Chris the manager
Pretzels was acceptable. The pretzel dogs were stale and cold. Could not eat them.
