They must be independently owned .. Pretzels were terrible! Very thin, hard and the back was peeled off. Not what I’m use to getting from Pretzel Factory, I’ll never go to this location again.

my fav pretzel factory location!! the workers there are literally so nice and the service too. sometimes the people working give me free pretzels like when i paid for the price of one, i got two🥰 there was even a time when i got three pretzels for the price of one

I purchased five pretzels for $5.00 and none of them had bottoms so the girl said I'll give you five small ones for free also. When I pulled the small ones apart, there was a brown liquidy goo between the pretzels. The one at Broad and McKean is a lot better

The people that work here have the worst customer service. 2 days in a row I go up to the dirty window the guy looks right at me and just continues to keep opening boxes. He finally opens the window and takes my order, like I’m bothering him. I get my pretzels and they taste funny, the bottom of the pretzels have this brown crust on them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this place is horrible. ?
