Nice employees and very clean establishment. The food is very good and made fresh. The parking lot is very cramped and only has one exit so thats the biggest negative.

Parking: Located on the side of the building but its one row of spots with barely one row to drive down and no exit except the entrance. Terrible design and needs to be redone or get additional parking.

Today, I visited this establishment; this was the worst experience I had ordering a simple pretzel and cheese. The woman at the counter is miserable and has the worst customer service, at least towards me she did. I asked her for a warm cheese, and she said it was warm. I asked her to feel it, and she gaslighted me and said the warmer was on, which it was not. The cheese was cold. Then she took a nasty tone with me, telling me that I needed to be off the phone, and I told her that I wasn't; when I tried getting a refund, she dismissed me and started talking to the lady standing behind me. I low-key had a racist experience. I will never go there again.

Julia and her pretzels are the Best!!! Boy I Guess! We order everyday for the Barbera Clients. Everyday everyday her pretzels are the best!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would I went at 8am trying to give this place a second chance but one again pretzels were dry and had no taste I asked for extra salt they practically had no salt on them when I got home I trashed them that will be the last $4.50 they will get from me. Frankford Ave location is much better.

This store has been mismanaged for years. Consistently late or forgotten school orders, phone never answered to try to place an order, late deliveries, insufficient product available even early in the day or the day before pickup, substitutions made without notice. Use a different location if you really want pretzels. Friends, family and church got fed up and refuse to patronize them

The pretzels were hot and delicious.They were extra good with the dipping sauce. Service at this store was friendly and quick.
