Nice employees and very clean establishment. The food is very good and made fresh. The parking lot is very cramped and only has one exit so thats the biggest negative.

Parking: Located on the side of the building but its one row of spots with barely one row to drive down and no exit except the entrance. Terrible design and needs to be redone or get additional parking.

Only about 5 people allowed inside at once. So if you walk up and think it's really weird that some guy is standing outside but almost right up against the door, blocking it, don't say excuse me and go to open the door around him; he'll think you're incredibly rude and explain that you have to wait outside and you'll feel like an idiot.

Pretzels at 645 am were under the hot light too long and were hard. Store seemed a lil dirty and unwelcoming. No slushy lemonade machine (God help us this summer). This store really went downhill fast. Bring back the original days when it was clean and welcoming. when it was fully stocked. When the pretzels were fresh. Bring back the slushy
