Best cheesesteak place downtown so far. David Boyle was so pleasant as he took my order. I didn't have to wait long either. I arrived back at work and opened my bag. I couldn't believe that my half of a cheesesteak was so big, plus was delicious as well. There wasn't too much or too little of ketchup, everything was to my liking. I will be coming back. Thanks for a very good lunch today.

First off, the man and woman who take the orders are very friendly. I tried a cheesesteak from this place last week and it was disgusting... I am Philly native and it was one of the worst tasting and way over priced cheese steaks I have ever had in my life . My coworkers and others who ate their all threw our food in the trash because of the taste .It taste like the grill was dirty.

I am old school Philly and this cheesesteak just didn’t have the right flavor nor was it a very good one. I was very disappointed.

Delicious Cheesesteaks! I had the small classic ribeye and my husband had the small chicken. The caramelized onion and provolone cheese mix made for a delicious combo. The spot also has plenty of places to sit, and a chill atmosphere to relax in after a day of walking around.

The staff was also super nice, which is really appreciated!

This place was horrible, the food was burnt, and it was not edible. Would never go back nor recommend this place stay away. It was a take out order so I didn't see it until I got home, was utterly disappointed.

I had to rate one but if I could I would rate zero stars. Back in my hometown wanted to try a new cheesesteak place. Used their order online with Slice app. I’ve been waiting over an hour in the lobby for my food delivery. It has not come. I’ve spoken to 3 people about my delivery. One said on the way. One said it’s been delivered but the app still shows it’s on the way. How can it be delivered but still show it hasn’t been?
They have zero proof it was delivered. This is theft and I will be speaking to my bank.
They use their own delivery service so this is completely on them. I’m not place the blame on a third party, this is their own doing.

So I suggest if you’d like to try their food you don’t use their delivery as you will not receive it.

Don't sleep on the hot peppers! Add that mix of peppers to your cheesesteak and enjoy perfection. My one criticism of the cheesesteak is that they could source a better bread. It was fine, but could be top notch.

These are the best cheesesteaks downtown. The price is just right and the portions are perfect for me. I always get the 1/2 size for i believe $9. The line is long because the food is GOOD. worth the wait. i love these cheesesteaks!

Me and my boyfriend are visiting currently and you can’t come to Philly without getting a cheesesteak. After looking for a good spot we saw the pictures for this place which looked toooo good. THEY DID NOT LIE. We got a half to split cause we had a big day ahead of us and I regret it. The sandwich was our favorite thing we’ve had. It’s savory and moist, the bread is crispy on the outside. They also have this sauce for onion rings which pairs perfectly with the sandwich. We got back in line 3 times to bring some home.
