Came in for a Too Good To Go pickup. Walked 20+ minutes to get there only for the Guy in charge to tell me they were closed due to the holiday but conveniently forgot to cancel the order on their end. I saw there were a couple of staff in the store but supposedly the store is closed. Also, the condescending tone that the guy in charge used when talking to me like I’m there to get free food. He more or less said “you should not use Too Good to Go if you are here to get some kind of free food”.

This place is great! Friendly service and great food and coffee! I had a lightly toasted everything bagel with egg, cheese and the spicy mayo. VERY flavorful! Great atmosphere and location. Good prices too. Definitely will be back next trip to Philly!

Sesame bagel with lox. Bagel was terribly overworked and tough, the produce were bits and ends of an onion and a cucumber (3 whole slices). The lox were fine but the rest was an inedible mess. I’m disappointed because this place used to be dependable and pretty decent but that just not the case anymore.

Love their food but they’re only open 2 seconds per day. Very much wish they were open later. Some small tables and chairs to sit down. They also make drinks like coffee and tea. The food needs some seasoning but over all I keep coming back when I can spare the money.

Everything BEC for 13 bucks of this size just doesn't feel right to me, The taste was okay but everything feels too firm. Still like my bodega BEC that costs about half with fluffy eggs

Ordered toasted bagels to go. Once I got them out when I got home I realized they toasted them on the wrong side - totally burnt them on the outside where the toppings are and completely pale in the inside

My goto bagel shop in the city.
But can the staff or owner respond as to why online toast ordering is not working? This is the second time I’ve tried in 2 weeks and it reads “not accepting orders” at this time. No phone number so cannot cal the store… thank you
Visited the old city location for the first time today… really cool spot. Staff was nice, kitchen was kept clean and organized, and my everything bagel was awesome. 10/10 highly recommend
