Definitely the best Pho joint in Philly. This is one of the Pho 75 mini-chain restaurants starting in DC & Northern VA area (7 corners). Solid broth, chewy noodles and loads of different cut of meats. Add-on prices are also reasonable ($2.5 for meatballs as an example). Service is just meh... but you don't come here for service....
I have been dining here since 2003. It is still the BEST PHO in Philadelphia, or even in the entire east coast.

The pho was excellent—rich broth and great flavor. Just a heads-up: they don’t accept cards, so it's cash only. The place isn’t the cleanest or most polished, but honestly, that seems to be pretty common with a lot of authentic Vietnamese spots. Worth it for the food.
