Pho was good but asking for tip is crazy…
I have been coming here for years but today was different. I went there this afternoon and ordered a bowl of soup. I then went to the register to pay for my meal and before I could even get back to my table to collect my belongings and leave a tip the old lady who was my waitress started flailing and yelling and demanding a tip. All of the employees there then joined in and started yelling and telling me that I had to clean my own table. They also refused to let me use the bathroom to wash my hands. I guess the bathrooms there are Asian only. I wouldn't eat there again if it were free, they don't deserve the business.
How dare you demand a tip in this way. The customer service is never been very good so there was little margin for error to begin with.
I will be reporting you to the better Business bureau.
phenomenal beef pho
awful. we asked the waitress if the meal we wanted had squid, she said no. there was squid in our food. then there was a bug in my drink. we told the owners and they just shrugged their shoulders. we go to pay and the lady refuses to give us our change back. And says its her tip. not only that but she asked us for more money for her tip
The most authentic traditional pho restaurant which they only serve pho so be ready your order will literally come right after you order.
From order to soup on the table 62 seconds. It's definitely the best Pho in the entire region.
This place will not let you in after 7pm. Doors will be locked. They close at 8 it’s no reasons the doors are locked at 7am.
The food is good but the people here clearly are racist
I was threatened with bad service the next I come if I did not leave a tip that was suitable for the guy at the counter
Simple pho only restaurant, cash only. Food was good, service was fine, prices were reasonably. I recommend it for easy dining
The food is very tasty, first time I go to that place. My brother-in-law paid with the little cash he had because they don't accept any kind of cards and to our surprise when we were leaving, a waitress very rudely started yelling at us to give her more tip that they gave her very little in front of everyone who was eating. Learn to have ethics and treat customers, if you had kindly approached my table and said it calmly it would be different and I would have agreed to give you more, but you were so rude that what you wanted was for more people to read this review and be careful about going to this restaurant. Tips are not mandatory and even more so when you give me a receipt without paper to avoid taxes!

Not as good as the one on Washington Ave. in Philly.
Been coming here since I was 2... Get iced coffee and #12
edit: this place sucks now
Food is good but the service is horrible!
The man with a belly as the server calls my friend that she looks like a 60-year-old lady out of the blue is such disrespectful. Why are you telling her that? It is none of your business how old she looks. This person should not work there and be fire immediately.
Good food , High prices
terrible customer service, couldn’t even get a water with our meal even when we paid for their overpriced drinks.
Didn’t leave a tip when checking out and had 4 staff members yell at me for a tip
