Honestly so disappointed. My partner and I order/eat here at least 3-5 times a month. We always order 2 grilled chicken with broken rice and extra pickled veggies, this time around we ordered pick up and got grilled chicken with vermicelli and a salad with peanuts no extra pickled veggies. We called after getting home with our order and was told they ran out of rice for the night a subbed for this dish but I’m allergic to peanuts and we didnt order this dish, they didn’t bother to call and ask before giving another dish. Usually when we pick up the bag is tied and I never would guessed something like this would happen.

During the call They refused a refund unless we brought the food back, we drove 20min to pick up @8;50 and the close at 9. And they accused us of lying to get free food and they for security they would only send us $10.

Honestly want to cry cause not only am I hungry, I’m allergic to peanuts horribly and I’m out of 40. They ended up Venmo us 18 but the accusation and service in the case has completely turned me off from eatting here again. As someone who frequently eats here I’m shocked to be cared for in this way, just a number to them honestly.

Ordered 2 orders of the broken rice with chicken. Have patronized this place regularly over the years. They ended up giving us 2 orders of the vermicelli noodles, a dish with peanuts, without notifying us because they ran out of rice. I picked up my order and drove 20 mins back home. When I got home I noticed their mistake. My partner is allergic to peanuts, so the food is virtually inedible. I called them and asked for a refund, as they made no attempt to contact us to tell us that they were out of the dish we ordered and that they substituted it with something else without our knowledge. They offered a refund of 10 dollars on a 38 dollar check and accused us of lying about not being able to eat the food to get free food, and that they wouldn’t give us a refund unless they had the food in hand. This restaurant is exploitive in that they will provide deceptive service to make money, and accuse their customers of being deceptive when they are held accountable. They could have called us back to inform us that they were out of what we ordered but instead they lied to get money out of their customers anyway. I am out of almost 40 dollars with no dinner.

Tried this pho spot for the first time and overall had a great experience! While I’ve had more flavorful pho elsewhere this one still hit the spot especially on a cozy day. I got the 33A . Pho with brisket, tendon, and beef balls. My friends grilled chicken look so good so i ordered some for myself. We shared salt and pepper shrimp which was also so good we ordered another order !

We were seated immediately which I appreciated. The space is small, clean, and has a nice traditional vibe. The menu is super extensive so there’s plenty to choose from. I also loved the little touch of fresh watermelon with the check so refreshing!

Service was great: quick, efficient, and not overbearing. The matcha tea was delicious too. Prices are fair and reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back !

I’ve passed by this spot for years and finally gave it a try. The pho was okay—nothing mind-blowing, and definitely not as fresh or flavorful as other places I’ve been to. Portion was decent, but the price felt a little steep for the quality.

What really threw me off was the $1 charge just to take my broth home. It’s a small thing, but it left a weird taste—especially after a mid meal. Not sure I’d return with so many other better options in the area.

First time, I ordered Tom Yum Phở with shrimp and squid which was absolutely delicious. I got it extra spicy, which was perfect. (For context I order Thai spicy in Thailand). Included fish which was unlisted, and a lot of veggies. That broth though...one of the best I've had in Philly. BBQ pork summer rolls were perfect as well. I'll definitely be back!

Restaurant offering excellent, authentic Vietnamese food. Both the pho and the rice dishes are delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the owner even gave us extra food and shared a warm, enjoyable conversation. The best Vietnamese food in Philadelphia!

Amazing food! Great little place to hang out with friends/family and enjoy authentic Vietnamese food. Used to come here years ago, and the food is still as delicious as I remember it. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite restaurant in all of Philadelphia! Not only is the food phenomenal, but the staff are so kind and thoughtful. As a vegetarian, there are multiple delicious options for my dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is also so homey and comfortable.
