Amazing food! Great little place to hang out with friends/family and enjoy authentic Vietnamese food. Used to come here years ago, and the food is still as delicious as I remember it. Highly recommended.

I tried this restaurant through Uber Eats; it was my first and likely last Uber Eats order. It's only a couple of blocks away from me and I figured it would be great to find pho close enough to me to walk in the future.
I ordered pho and vegetable fried rice. The delivery driver showed up without the vegetable fried rice. I contacted Uber and they refunded me $11.34. I was annoyed by eh. If that was the end of it, I might have ordered again and wouldn't be writing a review but this was literally the oddest and skimpiest assortment of vegetables I have ever seen. Two small heads of cauliflower, one small head of broccoli, two slices of carrots, and that was it. While this seems audacious, it comes second to the soup flavor. Honestly, I've had better pho flavor from a store bought mix. This has to be the worst vegetable pho I've ever had .
This is my local pho place however I stopped going completely. The reason is I had a bad experience with no refund or replacement of my items. I ordered beef pho. And my partner had chicken pho. I also ordered a smoothie that lacked flavor. When my pho came out it was hot but after my first bite i saw that it was a fly in my food. I told the waiter and he took the pho back. I also asked if there was something he could do with my smoothie since it was a flavorless dragon fruit smoothie. He took my smoothie back and added more mango. When i tell you this smoothie was like a melted milkshake i cannot make this up. I was so disappointed and asked can i just have a tea instead. They guy told me i can but i still have to pay for the melted smoothie that he never added more ice too. So not only did my food have a fly in it you telling me you can't replace this $7 smoothie with a free juice? That is not good customer service and as a result i will never be back. If that is how you treat a regular over $7 i don't want to have my black dollar support that kind of business. I paid for my food and partners food and left.
