This was a find! Excellent Banh Mi sandwiches at a reasonable price. Tofu Summer Roll and Shrimp Skewer were both great and didn't break the bank. My son and I had a filling and delicious lunch for under $40 w/tip.
Really thought this was hella weird that the pho was fully cooked. The authentic way is to have raw beef then to steep it in the piping hot soup to cook it so that it’s still tender.
The vermicelli noodles with chicken were fine.
This store is clearly catered for non-Vietnamese people because my parents would have immediately said no after trying the pho.

Atmosphere was clean and quiet, the guy at the counter did his job but was not friendly at all, and I ordered chicken pho, which I've been eating for over 20 years...this is the greasiest one I've ever received. I'm not sure what kind of grease they are using but I didn't finish my soup and when I went back to it, there was so much grease, it was sticking to the top of the container like lard.
