Food was...disappointingly inedible. My parents were very upset at how the pho tasted. Place was gross, unclean and had a weird odor when we came. Shame that the location is ideal but go anywhere else for pho.

I’ve been going to pho ha for at least 20 years.. the last time couple times I went I could tell it was not the same. Pho was bland. I thought maybe it was a fluke.. came back again and same thing. It looks like it’s new ownership. I didn’t recognize any of the staff.. food isn’t what it used to be and they jacked up the prices

They recently raised their prices by 20%, while lowering the amount of food by 20% and keeping their service just as minimal as possible. I used to come here ALL the time. Now I won’t be back.

Delicious food. Amazing prices. Usually no wait to be seated. Their crispy spring rolls are the absolute best!
Simple menu, fast and delicious. Price is reasonable considering outside of the area in have paid upwards of 19 for a bowl.

Very authentic Vietnamese food in an Asian plaza. The food was great!! Had the pho, short rib and pork chop!! All were cocked perfectly to my liking. Got the little ones a spring roll they really enjoyed it. The broth in the pho was very tasty also, we will be back next time we are in Philly .

Recent reviews of this restaurant seem to be fairly negative, but I still came here to try their bun bo hue. I thought it to be flavorful, and the hock fell right off the bone! They gave me so much meat that I had to put some off to the side to finish the noodles. Fair price as well given how big the portion is.
The restaurant itself is big with plenty of seating and staff going around to wait on you. Service was quick as well. Did not see any bugs or other things in my food 🤣 parking is fairly difficult to find here on weekends even with the free lot, but the plaza itself is pretty empty on weekdays.
