the customer service here is bad. i had the experienced when the old lady with half pony tail did my bill and she tried to do it fast so she could go home. her attitude to me was insane. i will never come back here to buy any thing.

I absolutely enjoyed the food ... but the customer service is not good. and the waiters are very annoying they rush you to order your food. and keep asking you for the food menu every minute like you're going to steal it. I wanted to hold the menu to order food to go.. but I didn't like the service took my food to go because I was rushed to eat my food. Kinda disappointed because the food is good .....
Pho ha Saigon is pretty good their noodle soup is good their pork chop over rice is good my wife and daughter like their vegetarian meals that's for sure I would recommend this place if you want some

Food is pretty good, but don’t go here if you’re really hungry because they might just forget about you for 40 mins and never bring your food out. And when you ask for it to go, they don’t even compensate for the inconvenience. Typically service is decent (nothing to rave about), but they really dropped the ball this time. Lastly, pretty sure they gave me a medium pho instead of the large I paid for, the amount is not proportionate at all to a large pho you get when you dine in.

I ask the lady I want to be dine in 8:30. she said they are close at 9 so i agree to continue take out. all is good until they took 2 people in for dine in like 10 minutes later. How you take 2 more customer for dine-in in front of customer you just say no to. total disrespect. I will not go there again. I will go pho ha at 2201 Cottman ave

Them messing up the order is okay, but the whole drama to go along with it is unnecessary. Theres no need to argue and try to prove your point and say “you’re wrong” instead of admitting you made a mistake. We ordered beef short rib and they gave us pork. Instead of correcting it, the woman on the phone repeatedly asked “why you don’t eat pork? You asked for it specifically, you’re wrong.” And told us to just keep it. We’re Muslim and for religious reasons we can’t. The attitude and yelling the woman gave us was completely disrespectful. Regardless if she made a mistake, there was no need for all the yelling and cattiness. From on the phone, at the register, and before we left, she tried to argue her point. Just leave it alone and resolve the issue.

Ordered a pork bahn tonight for the first time. The quality and texture of the meat was really gross. I was disappointed because the other ingredients were great but I couldn’t finish it. Im a huge fan of pork bahn mi but sadly this was the worst one I’ve ever tried to eat. There was more fat than actual meat. This is what I pulled out from only half of the sandwich

Had a decent time here at Pho Ha. Ordered the Tamarind Chicken Wings and Com Tam Dac Biet and it was pretty good. The wings were a bit bland but the sauce helped. Clean, spacious dining area!
