portions are small for the price you pay compared to every other viet place in the area. Also had the vermicelli bowel and it was 90% veggies and 10% actual noodles (like i thought they forgot to add it in) They were also soggy and mushy?? Coffee was good though. Haven't been back in years and came back to try and now def not coming back here again.
Food is subpar service is even worse.

They using fish sauce not peanut sauce for goi cuon. The goi cuon wrapper is soggy. The fish sauce is too sweet for my taste. The pork chop look good.

Although I'm not a fan of noodles, I can usually tolerate it. The Pho here was not tolerable at all. My family arrived in Philly and naturally, my dad wanted something familiar (he was also disappointed in his Pho). Our bowls took quite some time to arrive to our tables, which I always felt these places are pretty quick considering the main staple is Pho with whatever variation they have. Then, I stuck my chopsticks in and their noodles was still hard. The broth wasn't hot enough to soften them. As for taste, take the basic pho with beef and boil it with just water. Other tidbits, they forgot my drink. My mum's pork chop was smaller compared to other restaurants (this is her go-to). It's possible that we came too early, but we already found another spot for future visits.

Ordered take-out. Got Banh Mi Thit Nuong and Com Tam Suon Bi. Both were really good and a great value. Will definitely be coming back.

Why Asian restaurants don’t keep their eyes on the customers? How do you get their attention when you need something?Very unprofessionalThey just give you the food and never look at you again
We have family in Philly and Pho Ha Saigon is our first stop when we visit. Authentic Vietnamese food. Pick anything on the menu and it will not disappoint. It is also Grandpa's my husband's favorite noodle place. The place is always packed because the food is so delicious! Service is great. Never disappoints.

I come twice but the food like garbage I was disappointed I won’t come back again they they’re cheating for everyone please don’t come to eat at Pho Ha Saigon
Awful. Completely went downhill, don’t know what happened. I used to eat here a lot growing up, friendly staff, solid food, chill place to eat on Oregon Ave after shopping at the attached market.First time going back in a few years, now staff is rude, broth is barely smoking in the WINTER, flavors are not good, the “fresh chicken” is not fresh at all and comes with like three pieces of awful chicken. Portion is small for the price, waitstaff sit around talking, not paying attention to patrons, person on the register is extremely rude!Waiter who took our order didn’t write anything down, impressive! But got one of our orders wrong and walked away. Whatever, they ate it anyways even though it’s not what she wanted, but come on.I really don’t need waitstaff to be pleasant or even nice but they really don’t care about how they treat you. I’m content with a hello or a thank you, especially when I’m at the register paying the bill! I regret even tipping 15% for service and food this poor. There is nothing redeeming about this place other than location and the past when it was a decent spot. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of food. I’d rather go anywhere else on Washington Ave. I would not recommend, and will not be back.

The service is basically non-existent. It’s a very ordinary fast food Vietnamese noodle shop.
